No, a fistfight should not be an execution.

Someone who murders or seriously harms someone during a felony, or violently rapes someone should be put to death.

Someone with the history of the Texas shooter should have been jailed or in a mental institution the rest of his life.

Any prisoner currently in a supermax prison should be put to death as fast as possible.

Someone who intentionally harms or kills someone in the commission of a crime should be put to death.

Someone who commits violent crimes in which no one is harmed, such as armed robbery, should face harsh sentencing to the point where if someone does it a second time, they'd be too old to do it a 3rd time.

Because the second amendment allows and actually demands that all people be allowed the arms to be part of a capable militia, in 1776 a musket fit that bill. It no longer does and all the arms that do are banned for general sale to the average housewife

Initially there would be a large increase, that's true.

Under our current system criminals know they won't get charged for walking around with guns, if they kill someone they won't get caught and if they are caught they might do a couple years before they're out again.

Liberal ideology encourages crime, quite frankly.

If people knew they'd get a mandatory 15 years for armed robbery, or death if they killed someone, they might actually think before they do something.

People who are still going to kill despite such severe penalties can never be "rehabilitated".

The fact is, if crime is rampant, it's because it's a permissive culture that allows it.
