The indictment is the start and will ferret out those Trumps and associates who communicated with known perpetrators of the perversion of American elections.

If Trump was innocent he would not be blathering so much and trying to scupper the investigation.

Trump has already demonstrated that he is a gross liar and a provider (through associates) of blackmail payments to silence Trump-banged porn stars.

It's a waste of time. Many liberals are so wedded to this that their mental health, such as it is, depends on it.

Well let's just say we hoped it was? No such luck it seems!

Yep, they were for Bernie first, basically anti-Clinton the war hawk.

Now, do you know any democrats that voted for Trump because of Twitter or Facebook?

Fascinating to watch the pivots and deflections though.

So many memes appear to have been blown out of the water based on the indictments. So many stories from the left's MSM partners, replete with "unnamed sources", appear to have been crushed.

Now for many, it's as if these narratives they have been pushing never existed, and it's on to the next round of accusations.

Every week it gets worse. Trump's incompetence is showing and, clearly, he is in over his head. To top it all off, his relations with the First Lady are strained ... for good reason. Two alleged affairs with a porn star and playgirl, both bought and paid for, will do that.

CNN reports, "Washington (CNN)Another bitter week that took Washington to the brink of exhaustion landed Donald Trump at the epicenter of more tragedy, scandal and rancor than a conventional president would hope to face in a full year.

"The White House was sent reeling by the Florida school massacre, new indictments in the Russia probe, its own mishandling of domestic abuse claims against a top staffer, allegations that Trump covered up extra-marital affairs and another huge immigration fail.

"All of this unfolded when the administration hoped to focus on infrastructure -- when the big headlines would involve the President pushing his next big agenda item."

CNN continues, Instead, Trump offered a fresh example of his propensity to draw the capital, and the rest of the nation into his cone of chaos. Each of the week's staggering and occasionally horrific events will have profound political reverberations. They are already further poisoning trust in Washington and stretching bonds of national unity in a way that will make the already all-but-impossible task of governing more difficult.

What is your source that "Mueller is wrapping it up?" Did you just make that up?

Fact is, I have been following all this very closely. I am unaware of your version of the coming IG report. Please provide a source for your statements regarding the IG.

Failing to do that, readers will assume what you said was deception.

The one thing the indictment says loudly, clearly and repeatedly is that no Americans knowingly assisted the Russians. Trump 1 collusion hoax racks up another zero.
Meanwhile you're hunting for a tropical rain forest smack dab in the middle of a desert.

No decepetion on my part. Don't YOU try to fool others by cutting entire posts that give proper explanations for having a RATIONAL OPINION of the situation.

Do you fear the upcoming IG report?

Ignoring important things like that are why dems have lost elections SINCE 2010, not because of the Russians.

The hopefulness illustrated in the OP is absolutely adorable. Understand that it's all you have right now, and that makes it quite precious to you. Your loyalty to the possibility is perhaps stronger than my loyalties to most things. I appreciate it for what it is, and it is absolutely adorable.

The country is in dire need of leadership. The President still thinks Russia did not interfere in our election on his behalf. Until the President decides to fight Russia, until the President decides not to handle Russia with kid gloves, until the President imposes the sanctions he signed into law in August, our country is fighting Russia with one hand tied behind our back.

Trump's conspicuous silence is unnerving and severely weakens us. The New York Times said it best.

After more than a dozen Russians and three companies were indicted on Friday for interfering in the 2016 elections, President Trump’s first reaction was to claim personal vindication: “The Trump campaign did nothing wrong — no collusion!” he wrote on Twitter.

He voiced no concern that a foreign power had been trying for nearly four years to upend American democracy, much less resolve to stop it from continuing to do so this year.

In 13 months in office, Mr. Trump has made little if any public effort to rally the nation to confront Moscow for its intrusion or to defend democratic institutions against continued disruption. His administration has at times called out Russia or taken action, and even Mr. Trump’s national security adviser, speaking in Germany on Saturday, called evidence of Russian meddling “incontrovertible.” But the administration has been left to respond without the president’s leadership
    .

    https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/17/us/politics/trump-russia.html

Why? Why is Trump acting this way towards a hostile foreign power that is threatening the very basis of our democracy?

Many of us know the answer to that question. In fact, it is painfully obvious. The real problem is that the Republican leadership in Congress needs to address that question and decide what they are going to do about it.

Agreed, and, like Trump, they are unable to explain why they feel the way they do. The indictment does not say that. They just say it.

They have this belief that if they say something, that makes it true. The rest of explain why we feel the way we do and often use sources to substantiate what we say.

Maybe it is an intellectual issue with Trump's fans.

Likely so. I am just amazed that some are acting as if Mueller is the enemy of the people for exposing the Russkie hacking and propaganda on steroids. But then again, I always have believed that we are up to our eyeballs with Russkie trolls and turncoats.

Yes, I said that in the OP. I thought it odd that an indictment would judge the guilt or innocence of Trump's people who worked with the Russians. However, this is a Republican A.G. We need to take that into consideration.

Yes, it says that. They wanted to sow discord. So, that is true. So is this. The indictment cites a series of political advertisements paid for by the Russians, all of them against Mrs. Clinton and in favor of Mr. Trump.

Very true, which is why I cannot understand the President. The President still thinks Russia did not interfere in our election on his behalf. Until the President decides to fight Russia, until the President decides not to handle Russia with kid gloves, until the President imposes the sanctions he signed into law in August, our country is fighting Russia with one hand tied behind our back.

    Explain that.

Which is why I have not mentioned Trump's collaboration with the Russians on this thread. That is a separate issue, although Trump is too stupid to know that.

You imagined what I said, then criticized me for what you conjured up.

Aw, yes, the co-conspirators, I mentioned them. Some of the Russians, posing as Americans and working on what was dubbed “the Translator Project,” “communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign and other political activists.”

That many? Wow! And some have turned state's evidence. However, all that is a separate issue, although Trump doesn't know that.

I think it is intended to exonerate the Trump volunteer who gave a Russian some Trump signs.

Other Russians working for the IRA? I mean that location was 55 Savushkina Street in St. Petersburg, Russia.
