My argument is that it's because a person can transition from female to male a person can also transition from male to female and if you let a person who transitions from female to male participate and boys sports you then must let a person that transitions from male to female participate in girls Sports. You cannot make laws that discriminate based on sex it would violate the 14th Amendment.
