In CA, a person can't include gun collections in his/her estate to be distributed to heirs? California has gone "FULL RETARD".

 

You can, just not assault weapons. The work around is to make them featureless avoiding registration all together, or your kids better get them before the state does.

 

This is why the kids always empty the parents safe deposit boxes before the obituaries hit the newspaper. (ie, gold, silver, priceless collections)

And it only applies to "severely restricted" which is full auto, and some other things that have been that way since the 1930's. The only new business seems to be including expanded magazines.

Right, the guy in your link broke the law and therefore had to give up his guns. That is very different than the hysteria of people thinking if we register guns that the govt can just decide whenever they want to confiscate. They can’t .
