Hey here is a thought: Don't get in a car with your ghetto friends, and go driving thru neighborhood shooting a gun out the window. You might live a little longer if you stop doing that #@$^.

 

First of all if it was a 17yr old white teenager shot in the back this thread would have never been started for the simple fact that the Justice System would have righted the wrong automatically. It's amazing that every time someone black is murdered by the police folks like you always come on here trying to justify these murders. It's a group of you cats that work like clock work.

 

LOL, that's a joke. We see young black men sit in jails everyday WAITING to go to trial in situation just like this. So save that stupid ****.

 

But what was he running too or had in his waist that he could shoot back at the officers. Like I said, it's too early to make a judgment call. The officer may be completely in the wrong and convicted for all I know. All I'm saying right now that we don't know all the facts and a fleeing suspect is still dangerous.

 

And that's the right place for them because they were arrested for committing crimes.

It's on you, as a suspect, to comply with the police.

Police officers are not required to wait and see if someone with bullet holes in the car and guns in the back seat who are making sudden movements are going to kill them.

 

Perhaps they should stop illegally acquiring firearms at 17 years old and riding around getting into gunfights.

Did the officer know when he tried to flee? No. Was there probable cause to believe he was armed? Yes.

So does how they get them justify the crimes they use them for? Hypothetically let's just say it was a 50 year old evil, white Republican man giving all these young black men guns...does that absolve them of the murders?

Here's the funny thing.

Guys like @superbadbrutha come in here and complain that some cop shot some black guy, while the same black guys who got shot are out rolling around getting into gunfights with other black people.

They actually argue FOR the people who are shooting up their neighborhoods, and argue AGAINST stopping them.

If some albino white registered republican with NRA tattooed on his forehead was driving around my community killing people, and the police shot him, I'd be cheering.

These people are cheering for more crime. Brilliant.

 

What is really sad is that they accept that kind of life as normal. The people killing each other also know each other and since this is an accepted way of life the cops become the villain.

 

That is exactly what they are required to do. REQUIRED. Sudden movement is not a crime punishable by death. If you can’t handle it you should not be a police officer.

Because some other officer has to then try to apprehend them after they may have obtained cover and additional firearms. And then of course they present a violent threat and willingness to commit a violent act include murder to the community as demonstrated by the attempted murder on a public street.

 

If you can't handle being apprehended after committing a violent act then don't commit one.
