you've been working day and night to gather sympathy for his violent assault on a non-violent man.

I saw a guy getting pushed and reacting by shooting an unarmed man that was backing away.

There is a VERY good argument to make that when someone illegally parks in a handicapped spot, because they think they have some right to park wherever they want, such a person should be exposed and criticized.

cursed at? no of course not.

Actually I am just keeping it real, even if some of you won't. He may have been non violent up to that point, but he had threatened a few folks with violence.

Well I don't feel the need to go and tell folks where to park and where not to park, if it's that deep I will just call 911 that is what they are paid to do.

Did he? When the attack on him was unjustified?
I think not. Until the original unjustified assault it was strictly **** talk. Hurt feelings at most.

It was not a push, it was a violent shove to the ground.

You only add the violent so you can claim its some sort of self defense.

It wasnt, he was down on the ground while the vicitim was out of reach and unramed and backing away before he drew his gun and shot him.

It was extremely violent and could have caused serious bodily harlot even death. You only ignore the violence to try and excuse a criminal.

No they are not, 911 is an emergency number and you will be warned if you tie it up with a nonemergency call.

Quote the witnesses that say he was yelling and cursing. You have repeatedly asserted he was yelling yet have provided nothing to back the claim.

A criminal for pushing someone but innocent while murdering someone? And by coincidence when the victim is black, so predictable .

YES violently shoving someone to the ground especially blindsiding them threatening them with serious bodily harm or even death IS A CRIME.
And don't foolishly put words in mouth but so predictable when you are losing the argument to insinuate the other side is racist. Keep it up and you get reported.

The events were set into motion by them parking in the handicap spot.

If the busybody had minded his own business the incident would have never happened. Hang his ass.

If the woman hadn't parked in a handicapped spot the incident wouldn't have happened and I for would think making sure those who are physically challenged have easy access to stores and offices would be ALL of our business. You are anti-disabled?

When you see someone in a handicap space do you go and curse them out.

    You know that because.........

Ah he is black so he automatically has a thug mode and yet the other man has the history of itching to shoot someone.

Oh come on. We don't have grief counselors for those who can't find a parking spot.
