Not according to the legal definition of an automatic weapon which was written in law. The BATF under Obama approved bump stocks because if you read the law, it does not count as an automatic weapon. As I said, I have no problem with a ban, it just should be done legally by creating legislation, not by bureaucratic maneuvers. Laws are no good if they can be circumvented by bureaucrats.
