By the way it is so unconstitutional, it would never make it out of committee to the floor of Congress.

    It's DOA!

It does not ban guns (just makes them hard to get) I added to give everyone healthcare, education, housing and living wage it promotes science, protects life. What part is unconstitutional. They are more representative and the courts are actually seperated form the legislatures as they were supposed to be in the US.

That site has to many rules of engagement so I ended up being kicked out because people were to sensitive (like the Brits supporting gun rights in the states while living in a country free from gun violence.)

All of this is limited by the US constitution.

There shall be no use of carbon based fuel or energy in the Republic of Keshiland.
Commerce clause - this will be overturned.

The Republic of Keshiland hereby prohibits the manufacturing for firearms or ammunition, or the traveling into the state with such arms
Overturned on 2nd and 14th Amendment grounds.

I already can see Keshiland swirling in the bowl and heading into the Congressional drainpipe never to be founded other than a person's dreams.

This has nothing to do with interstate commerce. This is purely a domestic state policy. The federal government has no authority to force the damaging effects of gas and oil especially when other such means of power are available. It is a step to tackle climate change.
The only thing stated by the supreme court is that citizens have the right to own a fire arm and nothing else. So while yes it is round about prohibition it is not direct prohibition. Even if overturned the private property clause fixes this problem.
See congress will do so when begged by North Dakota to give us state hood. Why because either way this constitution goes into effect its just whether we hijack ND or go at it on our own.

It is intrastate commerce that directly affects interstate commerce. You are apparently unaware of the full reach of the Commerce Clause.
You know this statement is false.
Overturned on 2nd and 14th Amendment grounds.

Wouldn't it be ironic if the OP actually pulled this off only to find out a few years later it was built upon an underground pocket of a few trillion cubic feet plus of natural gas, and lacking underground mineral rights cannot block the mining of that resource.

    Utopia becomes Frack-Town.

Who would be the person who would rule in favor of frackers if a state was running 100% green and renewable, along with no violent crime and full employment with living wage, full health coverage, all college educated, and no homeless?

Any judge who would dare rule to dismantle a literal utopia state would be ushering in nationwide outrage and probably end up getting the state constitution ratified nationally.

That's the thing if this was pulled off, it would be in 0 legal jeopardy.

They would be met with equal force as the protesters of the pipe line. The state will have a militia (the actual point of the second amendment) hey would be told to get off of our state territory or face imprisonment. Then if they decided to protest, I would enlist all pro green energy people to come and join the states political party (Keshi party) asking them to march to the office of their state AG and demand that they support the right of states to have green energy.

After their arrests, if it came to the supreme court, I would incite supporters to declare the supreme court as iligidiment and to march in the million on DC in the actual city, demanding that the president refuse to enforce the ruling and that congress strip the power of judicial review from the supreme court (they don't have it in the constitution) and then demand that the state AGs refuse to enforce rulings made by the court. Only vowing to end the assault against the court if all 9 stepped down, regardless if they are liberal or conservative judges, to fight for state popular sovereignty rights (minus the right to discriminate).

Right to bear arms is in the constitution. A gun ban isn't going to happen.

You just have to ban any way for them to actually get one while allowing the possession of one to stay legal.

Nah, a cartoon. The fellow lacks even a modicum of understanding of the Constitution, US law, the statehood process, history, or anything of substance that would remove the OP from fantasy land.
The thinking is so far removed from reality that at best it’s an attempt to see how long he can keep a silly thread running as a joke from which a cartoon narrative can be fabricated.
On the other hand, many GCAs live in a similar fantasy mythical universe.
Might as well be in a serious engineering discussion on how to craft a magic wand.

weird that all of a sudden the states rights people on the right are all of a sudden federalists. Hmmm, its almost like once you get power you want to impose it an all. State popular sovereignty is at an all time high on the left.

You know, like riding a horse bareback across the beach while wearing flowing white robes.

Background music and sounds of the ocean play gently in the background.

You mean the protesters that Trump got rid of in like 2 days?

I love how you control everyone in your imaginary scenario though.

More inanity and lack of knowledge. What material is best for a magic wand?
