I thought these tea party republicans complained about the debt was in office, but now since we have Trump, I don't hear a sound from them? Where are they? Maybe the tea partys only goal was to obstruct the black man when he was president and they don't really care about the debt.
There is none. Americans love debt! Debt is what feeds their ability to practice their religion of materialism.
The Republican Party effectively killed off the Tea Party by January 2015 with Paul Ryan's Omnibus Spending bill. I don't expect you to know anything about the GOP Civil War or anything about the Tea Party however.
The same principal applies. Debt is a scheme promising something for nothing. The National Debt is simply citizens today consuming the benefits of deficit spending and handing he bill to future generations.
The national debt is mostly a benefit for corporations and provides a military to protect their foreign interests, yet you, the taxpayer, pays for it!
Ha, ha, ho, ho, horaaaaaay! There is no debt. Debt is only a delusion. Messiah Trump saved us from it. Trump is our Savior!!!
I own my home. No mortgage. I own my vehicles, and everything else. Debt is for suckers known as debt slaves. The only time I incur debt is when someone else is paying for it.
That is correct, but there are plenty of "social programs" offering free bread and circuses to keep the peasants pacified and willing accomplices in the crimes.
It's because of politics, ignorance, and greed. Trump boasts GDP growth and unemployment numbers but this is being accomplished by adding $1+ TRILLION in debt each year! FYI $1 TRILLION in government spending translates to about 10 million US jobs costing employers $100K each per year. There are almost no politicians, certainly not Trump, and most Americans, ARE NOT going to go along with no deficit spending and reduction in debt. None of these people give a rip about $300 BILLION in debt interest every year...this is $300 BILLION down the drain money! So...when you can remove the politics, remove the ignorance, and remove the greed, from 10's of millions of so-called Americans...then and only then might you have a public dialogue about debt...
Well, I'm in the same situation. But I recognize that debt enabled me to get where I am, and I doubt you got where you are without any debt in your past unless you were born into wealth. So I don't agree that debt is a scheme promising something for nothing. It's a matter of using it wisely. But you must be pretty angry about the handouts to big corporations that you're paying for. I am. I'm fine with my tax dollars being used to help a few needy people but not profitable corporations, which represents far too much of the national debt. I say those profitable corporations and other who benefited from the debt without needing it are the ones who should pay off that debt, -not me.
All wealth redistribution by force is immoral regardless of whom it goes to. I hate to break it to you but the vast majority of the money you think goes to needy people just goes to the corporations anyway, and usually harms the needy in the process. SNAP is a perfect example. the majority of the purchases on SNAP are junk food, and soda, and in states that allow it fast food. So the needy get heart disease and diabetes and the corporations get rich. The road to hell is paved with good intentions, or the imitation of it.
Um, I'm tired of some of these rich *******s and corporations not paying a cent in taxes. I call them moochers. If they don't want to pay taxes in the U.S. move their business to another country.
I guess some of you didn't read that Amazon didn't pay any federal taxes while the middle class and poor has to foot the bill for them. I'm sorry that's not american, it's corruption.
I guess you have not read that Amazon has created 600,000 US jobs? That there's perhaps another 600,000 US jobs created that support all the Amazon processes? That Amazon brings lower prices and more selection to US consumers? That identical to all US companies Amazon can deduct enormous investment to sustain their growth? Maybe you would prefer Amazon to relocate to Mexico...
corporations don't pay taxes they collect them/ A tax is a cost like any cost that is passed on to customers in the form of higher prices. Simple concept but way over a liberals head. Its ignorance that allows Marxist anti corporate hatred.
