I am a moderate, and I support the right to an abortion prior to the embryo having a heart beat. A woman should be able to make a decision within the first 2 months.

First, the president doesn't read. Second, what's the point of state controlled abortion? Women of means can always fly to a liberal state. In fact I can see money making abortion/spas in liberal states. In conservative states women with no means would also have their access to birth control restricted (no Planned Parenthoods) so they would become pregnant more often, have a child they don't want, go into debt to get to a liberal state or have a back alley abortion.
You accept the fact of abortion but make it more terrible and it does nothing to solve the problem.
