Mueller: Russia sought to help Trump win but did not collude with campaign

Special counsel Robert Mueller said in his highly anticipated report that Russia sought to help President Trump win the 2016 presidential election, but that the Trump campaign did not directly assist in that process.

As everyone knew...Russia sought to help trump. Pretty clear why trump ran around denying it was Russia, he knew they were planning to help him. The Russian agent JR met with told them as much.
He may not have colluded before hand, but he certainly tried to cover up that Russia was helping him.

 

Nobody has control over what another country does on their own. Whether Russia wanted to help Trump or just sow discord is irrelevant in regards to any guilt on Trump's part. It might be upsetting that a foreign country tried to help one candidate over another, but that does not imply guilt to that candidate.

They wanted to destabilize the US, and like you, me and everyone else they thought Hillary would win. When she didn't, they immediately organized protests against Trump.
