We've seen what happens when a fetus drinks alcohol.

A fetus has no rights, per se. Just limited protection.

Arguing law in a philosophical debate is intellectually void.

You don't get to determine the confines of a debate, my misguided friend.

A debate about the constitution is always about the law. I don't understand your belief that this is a "philosophical" debate.

Hence why Alabama bestowed "personhood" onto the baby at conception, therefore it has rights. See, RvW didn't strip personhood from babies in the womb, that was left up to the states.

Everyone is a blob. And your distinction isn't scientific, it legislative. Now its the law in Alabama that those in wombs are people as well.

A state can legislate whatever it wants, that doesn't make it constitutional. Here's a simple analogy to illustrate the point about people vs zygotes: fires break out at the local orphanage and fertility clinic, where a million fertilized eggs are stored. Quick! Where do you send the town's only fire truck?

Not really a hard choice, is it?

No, that's a false choice. We aren't talking about this hypothetical, the zygote, embryo, fetus is now EQUAL to a new born, infant, baby, toddler, kid, tween, teen, young adult, adult, and senior citizen. They are all levels of life of the human experience and Alabama made them EQUAL before everyone else. Thankfully republicans are still fighting to make everyone EQUAL under the law as they've done for blacks and women even as democrats and the left fight for "lawful" ways to kill or enslave those they deem "inhuman".

The law will be overturned in the courts and upheld in the Senate. Roberts and Gorsuch believe in precedent.

The Republican conservatives are not the warriors their great grandparents and grand parents were, not even their own wishy washy parents who got beat down by the left in the 1960s. The GOP will have to gird up its collective and metaphysical loins and do battle with the Dems, who are not even the slightest bit frightened of the Republican. The Dems are incensed, and they most certainly will unite behind a candidate for the election season.

What is telling is the poll

More than twice as many people do NOT want Roe versus Wade overturned as do.

With between 500,000 and one million frozen embryos waiting disposal in the USA it is more than a “false choice”

An embryo isn't a person. It's a potential person. If I buy a lottery ticket I'm a potential millionaire. Think any bank will give me a loan based on that? Right.

That's a pretty poor analysis. An embryo has a very good chance, if unhindered in becoming a person where as the purchaser of a lottery ticket has a better chhance of being struck by lightening than becoming a millionaire. Embryo's are destined to be persons while lottery ticket purchasers are most likely destined to be LOSERS!

Extremist anti-women's rights DISINFORMATION duly noted for the record and ignored since it has zero substantiation.

The Constitution protects your right to marry the consenting adult of your choice even though it is NOT explicitly mentioned. That is because it is covered under the 9th Amendment UNENUMERATED RIGHTS that are RESERVED for We the People. There are a great many other such rights that you take for granted that are not mentioned but still protected such as the right to clean air and water.

The twaddle that something MUST be mentioned in the Constitution is MEANINGLESS.

As far as rape goes it takes at least 8 days for a pregnancy test to register a positive result. I am surprised that you don't know this.

Detecting fetal anomalies is exceptionally difficult in the first 2 trimesters since there are no ways to physically inspect the fetus in the uterus. It is only in the 3rd trimester that they become detectable on sonagrams. Again it is surprising that those who are opposed to abortion have such an ABSENCE of Subject Matter Knowledge about something that they allegedly care about.

    Wrong!

Children do NOT have rights EQUAL to those of ADULTS.

A fetus does NOT have rights, PERIOD!
