In essence that is IDENTICAL to a mother having an abortion because she already has children and lacks the resources needed to care for yet another child. Per Guttmacher 59% of all women who have abortions ALREADY have at least one child.

Vermont, law proposed to provide some of the strongest protections for abortion rights.

Utah, DA refuses to enforce law banning abortion after 18 weeks.

Wisconsin, governor will veto bill that Repugs support making it a felony for physicians to fail to care for terminal babies.

Michigan, governor will veto Repug's bill that would ban the most common second trimester abortion procedure.

Nevada even repealed a 1911 law against a woman terminating her own pregnancies...

This is what I find sad. Of course, we don't want laws going backward, but this immediate "hunt" for illegal abortions and calls to doctors offices paints a kind of bleak picture of womens rights.

Yes, contraception can fail on its own, but more often than not its the user's responsibility USING the contraception.

 

Miss one yet alone 2 periods...most females freak IF they are not wanting to get pregnant. Even the slight bleeding from implantation which can seem like a "light" period would (should) cause some concern.
...and of course there are different circumstances with some females, but I still say know your own body.
