You can't make this stuff up. Democrat darlings AOC and Sheila Jackson Lee are always good for a laugh, I have to give them that.

Many of you may not know it but there was a big hearing on capital hill today and the Dems are beating the reparations drum again.

Can somebody tell Sheila that the U.S. of A. is only 243 years old? Seems to me we've still got 7 more years of slave ownership before we have to worry about reparations.

I am not African American, so I do not know. But I am proud of my great a grandparents. They supported Lenin and Trotsky in 1919. Denikin was an evil man who murdered 127,000 Jewish civilians.

Lenin gave almost all of nobles' property to peasants and workers. Descendants of Russian Serf got Reparations.

Our apartment was built in 1963, but the previous generation of urban dwellers lived in housing formerly owned by nobles.

Slavery is over, time for African Americans to finally move on.

 

The US government should pay reparations to everyone that the US government cannot prove that they have no slaves in their ancestry. In other words, to be completely fair, if they cannot prove that I have no slave ancestors, they should pay me reparations.

 

My greatgrandparents' consisted of living area in Russian cities in 1918. They had serfs in their ancestry. Jewish serfs were Cantonist recruits, while Russian serfs were peasants.

 

Leftist morality: slavery isn't the problem, letting survivors is the problem, so castrate them like the turks or let no survivor like the chilean and you won't own anything to their descendants.

Lenin gave just enough to the peasants and workers to keep himself in power, after all, in a communist system, the government owns all the property.....and in Russia today, they are still tying to figure out how to introduce private ownership into all the farmlands and forestlands.

The king didnt even start it, the Spanish did, 291 years before the 13 colonies became the United States.

It took America 82 years and 600,000 American lives (most of them white) to end it.

Stalin set up a Totalitarian system, but his great Positive Karma in his role in defeating Nazis in World War II. He had both great flaws and very great virtues.

You can't add either? The first 'slave' in the British colonies was owned by a black man named Anthony Johnson who was awarded him in a lawsuit in 1653. The slave trade came thereafter. DO NOT confuse indentured servants and slaves, as they aren't the same. If you think they are the same, then where is my reparations??

Let's see, 1653 - 1776 = 123 years under British rule.

1863 - 1653 = 210 years 'in these lands' 1863 - 1776 = 87 years in the U.S. and over 1/2 million white lives lost fighting over it.

87 years. Not 250.

Considering the U.S. isn't even 250 years old, I think it's funny as hell.

As far as your numbers go, I said "on this land"....anyway quibbling over the amount of years is pretty frickin stupid, imo.
