Federal judge tosses lawsuit over Southern Poverty Law Center's hate group labels

Was the court tight to dismiss the suit? Was the Center for Immigration Studies harm,ed at all. Since the judge said the suit was not 'completely frivolous' is there grounds for an appeal?

 

I agree that it should have been dismissed.

The solution is for people to simply not give a **** what the SPLC says.

This sort of precedent is never used against the establishment culture. It will without question be turned against us in the silent majority.

 

Except the MSM treats ANY allegation they make as gospel. And several of the leaders are under investigation for mishandling of finances. Morris Dees got quite wealthy tossing around unfounded accusations. Hope this gets appealed or another lawsuit is filed.

 

Except they use that piece of **** organization to crush the online presence of many groups, organizations, and even companies.

SPLC has become nothing more than a Radical Leftist group that will lie to push an agenda.

 

I believe even while Obama was in the White House the
F.B.I. { even though a big part of Obama's DEEP STATE }
stopped using the SPLC as a guide.When asked for clarification
the FBI confirmed only that the Relationship with the SPLC
was no longer " Official ".That the FBI did eliminate the SPLC
from it's website as listed " hate crime " resources.
Which is a polite Washington D.C. way of saying the SPLC
is full of crap and no longer trusted.

 

The SPLC is the same scumbag lying pack of un-American traitors
who listed the Protestants at - The Family Research Council -
on their list as being a " Hate Group " soley based on their being
against Abortion and opposing Same Sex marriage.A strongly held
and traditional POV held until a couple decades ago.
The Family Research Council sued SPLC due to a near tragedy
at one of their headquarters.Due to the Scumbags at the SPLC
listing the religious minded - Family Research Council - as among one
of their " Hate Groups " it led to a gunman walking into an FRC headquarter
with the intention to " kill as many as possible and smear the Chick-fil-A
sandwiches in victims faces." The gunman was caught and stopped.
He told the FBI he used the SPLC website to pick his target.
