Yes, some retarded jerk. All over a football rivalry. Football is the best game IMO but still just a game. I will bet a dollar to a donut hole he never went to college anywhere.

Big Chuck and Hoolihan did a show on like Friday and Saturday
nights after Ghoulardi left.My Moniker is an adaptation from
Ghoulardi.Big Chuck and Hoolihan made Parma famous.
Parma was on the West side of Cleveland and many Poles
lived in Parma. Many Polish jokes regarding Pierogi this and
    Pierogi that.

The tree was at the college and might have had more intelligence than some people in public office, just being a tree. A rival fan poisoned the tree out of meanness for lack of a better word.

I don’t have it yet, and haven’t committed either. It’s not cheap, over $13K. I can buy a lot of lumber for that kind of cabbage.

Could you sell enough of the lumber you cut with it to offset the cost of the sawmill? Wood isn't cheap. People may give you business to cut their wood if you have the saw mill.
A sawyer here charges .35 a board foot or half the lumber cut, depending on the deal.

I’ve thought about that but would definitely be after my projects are done (if that is possible). My daughter is doing the same thing as we are (building a home) about a half mile away from our place. She has 20 acres and is really trying to goad me into buying the mill. I’m sure I will but being half Jew (literally) it’s something I’ve got to sleep on a few nights.

Cleveland is comprised of mainly The East and The West side.
Plus of course places to party like the Flats.
Those living on the East side do not mix or mingle with those
living on the West side. And Vice-versa.It's just the way it was in the
50's,60's and 70's.I think Big Chuck { Schodowski } always lived on the
west side or Parma. He was not Big,that was just the moniker he used.
Hoolihan { Bob Wells } was the Weatherman at WJW-TV.
He was funny and also looked funny.Big Chuck looked like a
handsome prize fighter who was still a Mommas boy and insisted
on Marrying his High school sweetheart.
Ghoulardi, however was the reason for the success of Hollihan and
Big Chuck Show.Which then went on to be called - Big Chuck and Lil' John Show.
I had left Cleveland during that time.
    Ghoulardi was a huge success at WJW-TV { channel 8 } and
not many people had ever seen late night shock { schlock } guys
hamming it up on Late Night TV.Ghoulardi had a small set dimly lit
with neato music playing and also funny camera angles. He loved
shooting off firecrackers on his set.Often blowing up little toys.
He also liked to ride his motorcycle down the Hall of WJW-TV.
Of course he wore that Devils beard { Van Dyke Goatee } with a weird wig
and a white lab coat.He had a unique voice and even more unique
way of saying certain words as if with a Yiddish accent.
Like Cool Daddios.Think the Roger Corman flick :
    - A Bucket of Blood - { 1959 } Dig Daddio

Ghoulardi was quite the character and smart mouth. He liked to poke
fun at Clevelands Dorothy Fuldheim recognized as
" The First Lady of Television News ". Miss Fuldheim was kind of a
Margaret Thatcher with her distinct Hair and regal ability to project
seriousness and be listened to.Ghoulardi was the opposite.
He was about as serious as this :
" Ghoulardi wear no makeup.Ghoulardi done drink himself handsome."
With that jazzy organ music playing and having the poetic license to
do things that no one on TV even dare attempt.Like blowing things up
with a variety of firecrackers.Like talking about his Bosses.Or former
bosses at Channel 3 or 5.He also inserted himself via camera editing into
clips being played of his Late Night flicks.Think early Mystery Science Theatre
with Joel Hodson. Those inserted clips were often to die for.Hilarious as
all get out.Cheesy but like neato.
    Dig Daddios !

Got my crawdads!!!! . 20200207_151555.jpg Paid for 10 and got 11. Let them go yesterday in my long tank. 93x11x18. Got pea gravel, pvc pipe' , and rocks. Got more places to hide than crawdads. Let them go in tank and the tank cooled overnight. Found out Florida crayfish become active at 50F. I put a heat lamp on the tank and running a small filter. We have one more cold night and then I will pull the heat on that tank. They are supposed to take temp changes well. I am going to find out. Got enough glass to make another tank 5ft. long and 10 1/2 wide and 10 1/2 deep.

Very,Very nice of you to post that interview.
It actually personifies what stage of Political revolution
    we have now regressed towards.
It started in the 60's with Nutbags like Rubin.
Keeping in mind how it was Americanized Jews who
felt compelled to be Radicals. And that mindset exists more today
    than ever.

Totally forgot tonight was Oscar Night.
Never happened before. However each year I watch less and less.
I'm down to about less than 20 actual minutes.20-30 years ago I
virtually made a night of the Oscars.Which I prefer to call the Academy
Awards. It no longer come close to holding my interest.
The Days of Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau and Jack { Nicholson }.
have long passed.I might know about 1/4th the actors that get nominated
    these days.
I think the - Joker - will probably get Best Actor Oscar but Not Best Picture
because it's basically a tour de force by one individual.

    Even thought the Academy Awards starts an hour later { was at 9 PM }
most all years,I wasn't about to stay up just to watch the last 30 minutes.
I believe Best Picture is the last Award handed out.
I think Joaquin Phoenix - Joker - as Best Actor was probably fitting.
    For some strange reason I keep thinking of his role in - 8MM - {1999 }
An intense Thriller. One of Nicholas Cages best.Joaquin plays a
    Porn Parlor clerk that Cage { a Private Investigator and Family man }
hires in order to solve some very tricky bidness. The location of
where a possible Snuff film was shot.
Phoenix had a line as { Max California } his character that concerns the
Devil.I think he could have used it in most of his roles.
" If you dance with the devil, the devil don't change.
    The devil changes you. "
Later he says of the Porn Industry ...
" There are some things that you see,and you
    can't unsee them. "

"There are some things that you see, and you can't unsee them." that is so true, could be classified as indelible memories.
"If you dance with the devil, the devil doesn't change, the devil changes you." is much like the one "If you lay down with the dogs you are going to get up with the fleas." Some writers are pure word artists and then again some people have that much influence over other people.
