No member of the executive branch can claim executive privilege concerning an investigation of Hunter.

 

The real action is the billions in missing USaid and IMF loans that flowed through a bank owned by Brociti Investments, owned by Zlochevsky, which incidentally, happens to own Burisma.

Durham didn't send them and does publicly discuss the details of his investigation. We also know that Ukraine has announced it is opening a new investigation which could well be a mutual cooperation investigation.

 

I think they will do it in open committee except where classified information is involved.

Such an obviously blatant attempt to influence the Election by targeting Biden will (most likely) work against Trump. This will probably cost Trump votes.

No, from a constitutional point of view, Trump is the President of the United States, and thus there are certain protocols that apply to who can "call him on the carpet", and for what reasons, and under which circumstances. It's a hell of a balancing-act, all this struggle-for-power business going on between Congress, the President, and the Judiciary. That's the way the Constitution is written... and if we hate it enough, we always have the ability to amend it -- like we have 27 times already in our history....

And back on topic - this isn’t a subpoena for Hunter or Joe Biden. It is related to a company that was hired by Burisma to make sure that it had successfully cleaned up its act.
