He says there is no consensus among doctors in Nevada about how it works.

Of course, he's a democrat and did this only after Trump brought up the medication.

Maybe his NV doctors need to learn how it works rather than let people die when there is something that can save them. This may be the worst case of TDS yet.

You had an issue about what he said about "one of" and said not even close to finding a Polio vaccine..........I showed you the numbers.........Polio did not also cause a almost complete shutdown of not just ours but the world wide economy.

So what exactly would make it close enough?

yes, you got what I was saying, now what the frick does that have to do with what I said... I won't hold my breath for an apology

what was said that I was replying too "Those idiots took pool cleaner. Nobody told them to do that, Not one person said, "Here, drink pool cleaner."'

did any of those 15 people drink pool cleaner, is that why the infection spread?

no, it had nothing to do with my post

Trump was wrong about it going from 15 to zero... it went the opposite direction biggly, so he was biggly wrong

I was replying to a poster not anything Trump said. In all fairness, I have watched zero of his press conferences, which is 1 more than I plan to watch. I prefer watching Dr. Mike.

And I quoted him as saying "one of"

    And you said

Well I showed you the numbers......AND...Polio did not also cause a almost complete shutdown of not just ours but the world wide economy.

So what exactly would make it close enough?

the worst case of TDS was the Trump believer that recently died trying to follow Trump's advice - see the doctors, don't try to self prescribe - that was a sad and preventable death

Trump caused that with his nonsense of saying it was a cure... sad!

it's being evaluated as a potential cure, may or not be, wait for the experts

the lesson here, don't just take Trump's word for something as absolute fact

    they drank the koolaid

    https://www.huffpost.com/entry/arizona-man-chloroquine-coronavirus-dead_n_5e7994f4c5b62f90bc506029

"The man and his wife drank a fish tank cleaner containing a chemical derivative of chloroquine, which the president has touted as a treatment despite a lack of scientific evidence."

"The man’s wife, who has not been named publicly, told NBC News that she and her husband decided to ingest the aquarium product after hearing Trump on TV refer to two anti-malaria drugs — chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine — as a potential “game changer” in the fight against COVID-19."

Because the man was an idiot. End. of. story. Hello! It was a cleaner mixture for an aquarium. It even said fatal if swallowed.

The fact that you and others lefties are running with this story is very telling. Many of you have actually seemed upset at the success of the medicine that is saving people. I've seen people actually get angry about it. We all know why. Posts like yours are just proving it more.

Amazing; just amazing. Just to try to harm the Orange Man, the Governor is willing to watch Nevadans suffer and potentially die. Who the hell is he to ban a treatment? I am completely stunned that even a Democrat would stoop this low.

    From the article:

I'd like to see a quote where Trump stated it had been approved by the FDA. I never saw that. To suggest that he overstated potential benefits is absurd. "Potential benefits" can't be known; their guesses, even if educated guesses. But, once again, fake news isn't quoting what Trump actually said that overstated the potential benefits; they're simply attacking Trump even if it means dead Americans.

yes, he was, and evidence of that is he listened to Trump - sounds like we agree on that

nope, I hope the medicine works, but I will wait for the experts to figure it out - Trump is no expert

You've yet to prove that Trump told anyone to drink aquarium cleaner. Just stop, this is embarrassing to watch.

Governor Sisolak fits your description of someone who is angry about a potential helpful medication.

The only death we know of from anything related to chloroquine is the guy who drank fish tank cleaner. No deaths from actual medicine.

I don't remember if it was on this forum or somewhere else now, but I read somewhere about Peace Corps and other UN workers, etc., taking hydroxychloroquine for months or years on end during their volunteer trips abroad with no serious consequences.... It's amazing that I can type hydroxychloroquine and spell it correctly... Signs of the times, I guess.

There may be no consensus among doctors but there's certainly consensus among Democrats. I never knew that consensus among doctors was the requirement for any treatment - and, in fact, it is not in any other case. The Governor needs to be removed from office and quickly.
