I don't think there has been a grand jury there have been no grand juries in GA due to the COVID restrictions and have not read anything about an indictment by a grand jury here. Do you have one?

 

As a last resort, after being blockaded and bottlenecked, sure. Now it's time for his killers to face the music for orchestrating the entire matter.

 

It's manslaughter at best. The jury is going to have to meet the standard of the charges. The video clearly shows that his actions, ie attacking the guy with the shotgun, was most likely the largest contributor to his death. Those guys are going to jail for sure, but for exactly what remains to be seen.

It's either stop and talk to them and 99% live or start punching them in the face and 100% die. I'm watching that video and its clear to me that his actions directly resulted in his death. The responsibility of putting him in the situation that led to his death is the fault of his pursuers and they are culpable in his death. Too what legal degree remains to be seen.

 

Chasing him down with weapons is a felony. If a bank robber is robbing a bank then one of the customers fights back and gets killed, that is murder.

 

Michael Brown was the same scenario. First reaction is to fight. That's that violent nature I was referring to.

I will honestly say that, yeah, if I was the jogger, it would make me uneasy to see three guys with guns approach me...

But I can also say that fist fighting with them would be pretty low on my list of ways to respond.
