Your reply to THAT was "I'm just explaining how people use the word fascism.

Your reply had nothing to do with my comment instructing you to stop putting words into mouth. It doesn't follow, so if its not following logically, your prior statement, it doesn't equal, which is to say it's a nonsequitur.

You've been reading too many alt-right news sources. What does 'small government' even mean?

The only way to know what republicans mean when they shout 'we are for small government' is to look at their legislative proposals.

And, for the most part, what are they?

For the most part, they are
1. Restricting a woman's constitutional right to abortion, such as forced vaginal probes, which is MORE, not less, 'government'.

2. Or some variant of more goodies for the rich, and less for the poor.

It's what is known as a 'thought-terminating cliché'. Trump is good at filling the brains of his followers with them. Trump doesn't like people to debate anything about Trump, so the best way to kill conversations is to load their brains up with thought-terminating clichés.

If you will coolly review your posts here, you will find them overwhelmingly censorious. "I don't like Trump's policies or his character" is one thing. "Trump is fascistic and so are you for voting for him," the latter of which is against forum rules btw.

"We need a strongman to correct the injustices resulting from democracy's shortcomings" is fascistic. There is no law against harboring such feelings. Let's just not pretend they are democratic.
