Race isn't specifically mentioned by the law Biden and Clinton put into place disproportionately impacted minorities, due to racist sentencing that gave much more time for crack then coke.

There is nothing whatsoever in your source that explains why DEMOCRATS become violent as baboons and burn, loot, murder, and beat innocent people up. Your source does not in any way explain why DEMOCRATS respond to their burning of churches--their looting, their murdering, their beating of innocent people--not with calls for more police on street corners but to defund them.

But your claim that it had to do with race. And it's just not.

When did I make the claim it had everything to do with racist? It certainly didn't...but was a motivating factor when Biden wrote the law and Clinton signed...remember Hill Clinton defending it? By calling some African-Americans super predators?

That's indeed not what my source is about. I source institutionalized racism.

You imply that democrats do this, but you're not sourcing anything.

"Jeff Sessions' Justice Department goes after affirmative action's institutional racism"
    https://www.usatoday.com/story/opin...ctions-institutional-racism-column/536160001/

For something to be institutionalized it must be established in practice or custom. You sourced a University opinion piece. The black that got 18 months for execution murder of a girl (shot in back of head) in Atlanta, was not included in the University opinion piece as counter evidence of institutionalized racism, and there are hundreds of thousands of such instances of slaps on wrists, and they don't make it into FBI statistics as "slaps on wrists." The incident where the car jacker turned left instead of right, and the judge said that was his mistake, because he didn't get a slap on the wrist in his hood, such things don't make it into FBI statistics because any white gets the same sentence in the white hood.

You wrote... "It certainly does...it changed the racist punishments Biden and Clinton put in their law"... and I'm waiting for such a law to be presented.

post 186 isn't from a university and the numbers are from the FBI.
My source is sound and in predominantly white America, the black community is simply treated harsher than other races. Anybody knowing the history of how white America treated the black community by law in the past knows the culture of apartheid rule aka the Jim Crow era is still there.

It was the First Step Act that fixed the racist provisions of Biden and Clintons crime bill that impacted minorities so much much...such as their unequal treatment of crack and coke

Wasn’t a random law and it’s obvious you are greatly out of touch with racial issues impacted by the criminal justice system then.

Again....you don't seem to have any grasp on what racial issues are in the criminal justice system, and how Biden's law grossly impacted minorities, in particular African-Americans.

Sad....it's no wonder we have to have a BLM

You say that... while you presented no law or whatever about race.

Not my fault you failed to prove your point about Biden.... and that's just deflecting away from the topic anyways... as if Biden caused this all and is currently in charge. Donald is in charge, and he is causing an utter mess. I do recall that Donald held Obama accountable for riots. Donald, like you, is just putting the blame on others so the GOP is not responsible while THEY are in charge of it. Just utterly poor leadership.

I completely agree. This is a horrible story. As is Floyd's. As is the most recent one in Atlanta. I just watched the full video of that, and it's heartbreaking that this man was gunned down. So much more could have been done differently so that it didn't escalate.

Unfortunately, the media and those with their minds made up are only making matters worse by deciding which death is okay and which one isn't. Oh - but in this case, no one died.

Not my fault you can't grasp the concept that the criminal justice system has not be fair to minorities.

You certainly have been a great spokes person for the DNC as we all remember and know it to be by defending such injustice.

I do not have time for people like yourself that continue to defend such horrible, racist legislation. I am about progress to help us escape the horrible past and laws like the Biden/Clinton "Crime" law.
