    Good morning, Bar Buddies.

    I hid today's bottle behind the dead plant in the corner near the pistachio machine.
    By the way, I know 5 cents is a bargain for a handful of pistachios but didn't they stop dying pistachios red in the '80's.

    i have to sit at the computer too.. pesky clients bringing me money! But asap, I'm out the door, the places I go always have had "social distancing" and the sun scours any puny virus in seconds too. My favorite place might just be me, the bartendress, and a cold beverage.

    I can finally test my hypothesis that bluegill stunt from lack of food through competition rather than overcrowding. My ponds are filling with babies quickly. May have to eat some fish soon. It looks like I won't have to buy or catch anymore gills.

    ithink we are going to have a break from the 3 month continual triple digit heat.. supposed to get to only 99 degrees today.. looks by the end of the month there will be no more triple digit days for the year.

    The pineapple adds a little sweet tang to the Stubbs.
    A big BBQ is like a roller coater ride for me. There is always the potential for disaster - especially if something distracts me.

    I learned my lesson, last year. I ended up with several expired boxes of microwave popcorn, from Halloween. This year, I got something that I won't have any problem with eating any leftovers.

    When I had to buy Halloween treats my rule was only to buy what I would eat. Worked except for the pounds.
