So you agree Nancy Pelosi should also go or will you defend her bullshit for being a Democrat?

I disagree. Has nothing to do with Trump. I think black people just wanted to give Biden full power because they think he will actually better thier lives. In 4 years I'm sure they will see nothing has changed but still continue to vote Democrat because they are afraid to get off the plantation.

One day I'm going to log on here and read a post of yours that sounds like it was composed by a thoughtful adult. I'm utterly convinced of it. Today, however, is not that day. Just more rote learned adolescent bile & talking points. You can't even hurl abuse originally. Want to know why the GOP lost the Presidency, the House & the Senate? Go to the mirror.

Call them whatever GOP you like. A 50/50 Senate is hardly a mandate, you barely hung on to the House and the GOP had such a powerful down ticket sweep that we will control the redistricting of far more State and federal districts than the Dems will. But, you guys love your "arc of history" and "the start of 40 years of majority" crap, so, by all means, indulge. You won't enjoy the next two years, you have no mandate and your coalition is filled with irrational socialists who think that compromise is a sin. Then comes the 2022 election where the Electorate back slaps the party in power for pursuing their own interests rather than the Electorate's, but by all means, indulge your fantasies. .

This election season was the Republican's to lose. They had literally everything to run on and Democrats had nothing but ANTIFA and BLM terrorism. But months of anti-masking, ant-distancing, anti-shutdown, anti-science selfish belligerence rubbed too many people the wrong way. Because hidden behind all the media fervor of a 'stolen election' was a simple truth: Independents, young voters, first time voters, and even some prior Republican voters turned to Joe Biden because of Pres Trump and the GOPs disastrous COVID attitude/behavior. The next few years will be rough there's no doubt about that, we all know how Democrats govern, but people were clearly willing to take a chance because the alternative is literally killing us.

Nice deflection. Kamala proved after the debate with pence she is a evil lying bitch.

The Democrats will regret having her.

    My "fantasies"?

The "fantasies" are sitting with the people who actually think that the Dems. having All 3 Branches won't matter.

I foresee 2 Years of Tired, Worn out, "Dems Bad" Copypasta.:bored:

And, back on topic, Trump made a huge mistake dragging these 2 Candidates into his Paranoid Delusions.

Trump visiting GA cost them both races.

Maybe there's a rule on the plantation that Matthewthf talks about where black people aren't allowed to leave for long enough to become candidates? I'm just throwing it out there, as last time I looked most black people live in mainly urban, and some rural areas, but none of them have plantations. I hate to distress Matthewthf or anyone else, but maybe, just maybe, black people vote for the candidates that they believe will best represent them. And in the case of Republicans, they don't represent much apart from an aversion to democracy, and a love of big business and a dislike of minorities...

Oh, come on. That is pathetic.

Well...as I am down here and am not of your left I can be totally upfront and say that most people hate the reality that Humpty got anywhere near the White House, and the proof is now seen in the eating of the pudding.......in Georgia. Humpty alone, and the Rupubs put him there, cost them the White House, and the Senate. Yes, Orange Man was truly bad, but 'you' could not see it, Mitch sure could see it but fed off it believing cultism would work. Nah. Massive fail. Me, I say that the Planet is cheering the down fall of that Caligulan and those who put him there.......swamp dwellers.

That is not the problem. IMO, the entire Political and especially the Judicial, system is so corrupt Team USA needs to deal with that outmoded Constitution which is at the core of the problem these days. What worked in the USA context way back then, is not gonna work today because the context has moved on...by centuries.

No. Okay the Repubs got a well deserved flogging for one reason and one treason alone......Humpty Trumpty, Donald J. Trump. Look at reality. An Old Man, Biden with all the faults you see here discussed....trounced Orange Man, and he is the sole cause of the current political outcomes in the USA. Time 'you' cottoned on to that fundamental fact. History will say so.

That is so silly. What American wants to go out of their way to deliberately, with focused intent, destroy the Nation they are citizens of?

Gee whiz........if that is how you TRULY see things, maybe you ought leave and have a go where they came from.

Yeah. Imagine if his GA campaign message had been - “The Dems have the House and the White House. We can’t afford to let them take the Senate as well. Turnout is essential.”

Strange concern. I'm thinking more about the pandemic and economy. Thank god the adults are back in charge.

    Gender programs? Weird.

It's not that big of a deal. Dems always assume they will hold majority power forever, so they do not act with urgency and generally lose it in two. With both Houses and the presidency, their extremist wing will refuse to compromise. Their Blue States will now have the Federal Government behind lockdowns so look for a wave of bankruptcies to begin to form, which they will try to meet with more and more "stimulus", but without an increase in output that will lead to inflation, with bonds crashing which will take out the pension funds, look for stocks to begin staggering as well as home prices, 401k's cratering, it will seem like 2022 and an opportunity to put competent Republicans back in charge can't come fast enough. Meanwhile a temporary loss of of the Senate majority will give us an opportunity to turnover the leadership and get some fresh blood and vision in charge.

Awwww, how predictable. You can always pick the sad, inadequate little men. Whenever they are confronted with a more accomplished woman who dares to contradict them they resort to abuse. Appearance, sex life or just straight name calling. Its like a reflex. They can't just say you disagree with her or that she is bad, there has to be abuse. Its like a giant flashing sign screaming 'I am profoundly inadequate.'

Easy to see why such people hero worship a guy who boasts about abusing women, sexualizes his own daughter and treats women like objects that exist purely to serve his ends. So very, very sad.

Just like I don't believe he's a racist, he just doesn't like anyone who doesn't have money, kisses his ass, is an offspring, or let's him **** them or **** them over. There just aren't that many minorities that qualify.

So when all is said and done, it seems like the republicans senators ran almost exactly the same numbers as Trump did. Losing by a close margin.
    Will this
    a) finally shut Trump and his conspiracy theory allies down?
Or b) convince same people that after having pulled off one of the biggest election fraud schemes in the history of the US, the democrats under intense scrutiny, and observed by the general population of Georgia, the local, and federal government decided to implement another historic fraud?

No sane person would chose b. But of course we are not dealing with sane people.

Time for Trump and conspiracy theorists to shut the f up and accept this reality. The people of Georgia don't like them. trump and his cohorts have managed to turn a solid red state blue. There is no other mystery to it.

Interesting. Your description of Dems view on power is what fits Republicans. Look at the massive tanty they're throwing right now because they're off the belief that votes that don't go their way are in some way illegal...

Also, have you looked at how other Western countries have been dealing with covid? We've had lockdowns, though now they're more focused, and while there's been bankruptcies (when isn't there?) and there are stimulus packages, there's also advanced contact tracing, closing of state borders when needed, wearing of masks, and improved hygiene to keep the virus at bay. That helps limit the damage to the economy. I don't get why such a logical thing is so far beyond the grasp of even a simpleton like Donald Trump....

Warnock will be the first Black Senator from GA. The way the Black vote will turnout for a milestone like this is way impressive. It's admirable, it's deeply American. We'll learn the lessons that we need to learn and do better next time.
