The Trump was so inept that his cognitive abilities, or lack thereof, were mostly insignificant. It was clearly in over his head, which is why even Republicans worked to see its ouster. Have we not all seen the clips of the leaders of our closest allies making fun of it?

In my junior year of high school, our football team went undefeated. The head football coach insisted that the reason we won was because we had the highest average GPA of any team that he had ever coached, higher than the school average.

If you listen to this guy talk, and you don't think he sounds retarded and senile, perhaps you have some problems of your own.

Selective editing. It is well documented, well known. I'm surprised so many still fall for it.

    Wow.

That's sad that you think this guy is not retarded and senile--or you are pretending that there is nothing cognitively wrong with the president.

It is not Joe Biden's intelligence that I am questioning.

That explains it. I keep saying, these people who think that Biden is demented are out of their minds. So, it's because they've been fed manipulated videos.

Brain potential is comparable to leg or other potential in that there is a very strong genetic element that must be combined with development for maximization. My own slightly above average intelligence was stimulated by a very bright older sister from whom I learned to read and count before school. I thus was catapulted ahead of my fellow students for many years of "education" by having first learned to self educate through reading. This gave me the impression I was more intelligent than I was, perhaps, but also helped me tremendously to be self directing and self assured. It augmented natural intelligence.
Studies show we cannot increase intelligence in someone, but what they have can definitely be fulfilled. This is yet another reason for identifying a child's level and applying the appropriate steps to bring out the most.

Nor I. It is that people such as he who make terrible mistakes continue to be promoted to high office because of defective political processes.
Hillary Clinton is probably more intelligent than her husband, "W.", Obama, Trump and Biden, but I would never vote for her because she supported the Iraq debacle, something clearly wrong to do for anyone of intelligence.

So you FALLACIOUSLY equate technology with intelligence?

That establishes that you really do NOT have a realistic understanding of EITHER of those concepts.

Since YOU depend entirely upon technology for YOUR survival you are actually LESS likely to have been someone who survived PRIOR to the development of that technology when it took INTELLIGENCE to survive WITHOUT the benefit of our modern technology.

Those forebears that you ERRONEOUSLY disparage as being "less intelligent" were considerably MORE intelligent than YOU comprehend.

In order to survive in a HOSTILE environment WITHOUT technology requires KNOWLEDGE of that environment. Where to find food and shelter 24 hours a day for 365 days of every year of your life. That includes in depth KNOWLEDGE of the weather, edible plants, wildlife that is dangerous versus that which is benign on top of still being able to procreate. Just moving from one food source to another was perilous. Being able to drink water was dangerous and yet they faced those dangers and SURVIVED.

Animals that have longer lifespans pass their knowledge on to their offspring. Elephants are a prime example of intelligent animals that pass along their knowledge but you will find examples in other species if you bother to look.

So it is clear that you are basing your ERRONEOUS assumptions on an ABSENCE of KNOWLEDGE of our forbears. Just because they used their INTELLIGENCE in a DIFFERENT manner to that which YOU are familiar with does NOT make them any less intelligent. The odds are if it were possible to revive someone from DNA that is half a million years old they would easily adapt to our current level of technology but if YOU were to be transported back in time to when they lived it is doubtful that you would be able to adapt and survive WITHOUT any technology.

Our modern technology is just another tool. The ONLY tools that survived were "hard" tools so we have no evidence if there was any use of "soft" tools like gourds to hold water carried via cured leather straps. Sharpened sticks are useful weapons but they will decompose or burn or be eaten by termites. Curing meat with smoke and drying out fruit so that it can be stored and carried are all "soft" technologies that are unlikely to have survived so we do not know when they were adopted but since we have evidence of tool use by other species it is likely that it has been around far longer than we have evidence of it.

So your DISPARAGING of the INTELLIGENCE of our forbears actually says more about YOUR dearth of knowledge than their intelligence.

    Sad!

If you can do calculus, then just as a check, tell us how it’s related to climate change.

I think that anyone who thinks Biden’s retarded, has to be retarded. He understands what climate change is about and how to grow the economy. That puts the GOP class in more cognitive reduced stage then he is. Everything is relative.

To be clear, I would give those who voted to give Bush the authority to go to war, ( that’s what the vote was) a pass. He spent months whining about WMD and claimed there was much more evidence to come. What I do fault the Dems including Hillary for, was believing Republicans in general about a lot of things including why we went to Iraq. I mean crap, they have been sinking out of reality for decades now. It’s tough to side with Dems when they compromise with another party that’s so wrong about so many things.

Trust is still an intellectual decision.

And yet he is President of the single most powerful and prosperous entity that has, to human knowledge, ever existed, and you are an insignificant and obscure poster on an even more insignificant and obscure discussion board.

What does that say about you?

Given the power conferred to the electorate by the Constitution, it is glaring unintelligent not to use it to purge the federal government.
