So what? Like it or not they are a part of society and have just as much Right to have a say in the laws of this country as you do. If you don't like a law that they propose then either vote against it or vote against any politician that espouses such.

Separation of Church and State =/= Freedom FROM religion. It does not mean that no religious person can push things that are a part of their ideology in the form of laws. ALL that it means is that the State cannot make laws favoring one religion over another religion or non-religious. That is it. For instance the State cannot make a law that forces you to read the Bible, or the Koran, or Rastafarian Edicts or any other religious/non-religious text. But it CAN make a law that distributes ALL, not just one of them, out to The People free of charge.

not aware of any policy that requites religions to deny cakes, deny access to blind people with service dogs, etc..... the list is long of the evils religious fanatics doing things to try and brag to the world they are religious, look at me look at me, I am religious
