Lock up the criminals instead of letting them walk.

I think it was when you started jabbing random people at the mall with LSD. Surprised me cause I always thought you swaller it, not inject it.

Did you hear of a little storm in New Orleans called hurricane Katrina? The government decided they would come take the guns from the residents.

We're supposed to just believe that that was simply a one-off and they wouldn't try that again?

Business obeying its locals law is by its very definition cooperation between corporations and government.
So what. Are you against any sort of regulation? Obeying the law isnt fascism is it?

People typically only deal business with corporations that abide by local law.

You do not understand what fascism is or how to recognize it. You apparently do not know or recognize constitutional governance or democratic processes.

It’s not just the NRA, pretty much every gun enthusiast I know doesn’t like it.

Any informed citizen would not like it.

Trouble is that most ordinary citizens know absolutely nothing about the US Constitution.

The ONLY reason someone using narcotics affects you or me is because of the War on Liberty...er...Drugs. How will you console a mother who has just lost her children to one of your belt-fed machine guns? I know, FFRRREEEEDDOOOMMMM, right ?

Call your insurance company and ask them for help or advice about removing a tree limb over your house.
    Do it. I dare you.

you are confused yet again. Your posts are unable to intellectually distinguish between OWNING something versus USING it illegally. Guess what-no mother in the USA has EVER LOST A CHILD to a private citizen using a legally owned belt fed machine gun.

what is the real irony is that so many people how complain about how stupid the war on drugs is (it is) want to do the exact same thing with firearms

If I had that problem I wouldn't bother. Preventative measures if I am aware of an issue are my problem, not my insurers. Same as buying a fire extinguisher (the post I as originally replying to). My insurance company is not going to reimburse me for either buying an extinguisher or having an arborist/tree lopper remove a tree branch, any more than they'd pay me after I got a plumber to fix a leaking faucet. Maintenance and the purchase of potential life saving equipment like fire extinguishers or first aid kits is my problem not theirs.

You should learn to either link to the post you respond to, or name the poster. Just so other posters know who you're addressing.

If you reported that limb as I suggested, your insurance company will drop you.

They are tracking gun owners. Federal government becomes more authoritarian every day. As long as cash is accepted, that would be the way to buy a gun. Better hurry because I think government is working on the end of cash. Digital currency only in the future. Cash isn't trackable.

Maybe you just drifted into it? The person it was addressed to returned fire on it and I believe there was a quote.
Every gun I have bought required a background check and a paper on file that says I bought the gun. The fids even check the serial number of the gun against the number on the box it comes in if it's new. They don't match the dealer can't sell it to you. Ran into that at walmart on a shotgun purchase. There is a record.

Not where I live. People have dangerous trees or tree limbs removed all the time. Here its the local government that will 'drop' a big fine on you if you remove a native tree without their say so first. (They're OK with removing risks to property but won't let you chop down a tree just because it spoils your view!)

your attitude is common among the anti gun left. You all talk about stopping crime and preventing violent criminals getting guns but what you really want to do is harass and hassle people who don't buy into your leftwing agenda. You all hate the NRA because the NRA has helped keep Al Gore, John Kerry, Walter Mondale and Hillary Clinton out of the White house.

I applaud you demonstrating what I have said about the anti gun left for years. It's not about public safety but harassment with you all

Trust but verify was uttered by Reagan, but it was a Russian proverb long before that.
