because: 1) driving is not a right
2) no one on this board or in congress sees driving class as an incremental step to banning the ownership of cars
3) almost everyone who wants mandatory training wants additional restrictions-and often bans-on gun ownership

Biden doesn't care about America's homicide rate. He's programed to babble on about "assault weapons" and "White supremacy" but doesn't dare acknowledge the "elephant in the room":
- Black on Black crime because that would put the responsibility right where it belongs, at the feet of the Black "leadership".
If there's one thing that the Black community needs it is rational, honest and courageous leadership that is willing to speak openly and honestly about the violence that plagues the Black neighborhoods.

I moved into an all Black neighborhood and stayed there for over 20 years. While I can't claim that my time working and living in the area was trouble free, I never felt that I was targeted because of my race.

My neighbors took pride in their homes and made me feel welcome. Of course my neighbors and I had our troubles but most of the troublemakers came from other neighborhoods.

My point is that not all Black neighborhoods have to be squalid and crime ridden hell holes that they have become in Democratic run, "gun free" zones like Chicago.

Finally, the Black community needs honest leadership, not wealthy race hustlers or another dose of Biden.

So who the hell's fault is it in Chitown? Is it the police's since they're not doing their job even while they are cut to the bare bone by the mayor and city council? Is it the chicago culture? It's certainly not the damn guns fault, it's an object. I just can't understand modern lefty, when the mob's were running around shooting people up, everyone agreed it was the mobs fault. Now that it's mainly in one segment of Chicago's population, lefty wants to blame the gun instead of the finger that pulled the trigger, by the hand it's attached to that's attached to an arm that's attached to a body that's run by one's brain.

It does matter when it happens over and over in one community, it does matter that it happens like clockwork, and the one's the left have anointed as having no chance is once again getting butchered by its own with no help for those claiming to care.
