He didn't say that, and no one has donated one million dollars.

 

On the contrary, it's good that you're not a DA, or else you'd take your "guilty until proven innocent" attitude and ruin innocent lives.

 

Who cares about the verdict? He can be "not guilty" until the cows come home... that doesn't excuse stupidity, and carelesness, especially when advised to stay put. Using the accounts of involved personnel is also stupid.

 

I hope you are smart enough to realize that if he wasn't almost beaten to death he would have been taken to the hospital. This is the second time you've sad that and the first time is just as ridiculous as the second time you said it.

Think about it for a second and you may be able to understand how foolish it is to claim he was almost beaten to death.

I'm not sure why an attorney would allow his client to go on television, no matter how sympthetic the interviewer is. Zimmerman laid out his defense for the prosecution to see. However, this allows him to essentially testify without cross examination, and I'm sure his lawyer gave Hannity the questions to ask. I didnt see anything new here, just Zimmerman playing victim. The jury is going to have to buy Zimmermans statement that Trayvon was "skipping" seemingly not presenting any danger to suddenly jumping Zimmerman threatening to kill him. I dont buy it, and it doesnt make any logical sense. A kid skipping with his skittles, then Zim wants us to believe he suddenly was jumped by a thug? C'mon

 

perhaps to counter the unbridled lies and hatred directed at this man? The defense has been quiet this whole time while the prosecution and its helpers have run amok. Now the public gets to see that G Z is not what the tm supporters have tried to portray him. Well we'll see in the long run how this works. Unprecedented in my mind but based on the circumstances of the campaign to destroy him, i'd say it was a good move.

If Zimmerman wants to create a media circus out of killing a kid it's the stupidest idea he, or his lawyer, could have thought up. Especially with criminal proceedings ongoing as they are.

 

umm newsflash - Jesse Jackson and big Al Sharptonoriginated the whole circus thingie months ago with the full co operation of Treyvons parents, for generous monetary compensations of course

Zimmerman didn't create the media circus. Seems the media did that.

 

This was the first time since the incident that Zimmerman has spoken publicly.

The "media circus" you alluded to, has been on the road for months.

 

Example: it was appropriate to file charges against Charles Manson because of the overwhelming evidence.

Let's try again to unwind this pathetic inability to grasp the situation.

You seem to think that the only status of being "beaten to death" requires a compilation of injuries that would have one broken up and bleeding to the point of their heart being in danger of stopping.

But if one is in fear of imminent death at the hands of another, while being beaten, how does that not also fit the definition ? If one's head is being bashed against a sidewalk, where you are being told "you are gonna die mother(*)(*)(*)(*)er", and you realize that the next blow could cause an immediate concussion, if not knock you out cold, to where you could be then fully dispatched, how does that not rate being "nearly beaten to death" ? Why does it take the accumulation of major physical damage when we know that once compromised, the next blow is all it takes ?

Why are you so friggin anal about what was clearly within the realm of a life-or-death struggle ? If it was your kid, or brother, receiving the blows to the head, at what point does it get serious ?
