He presented an affirmative defense and the jury agreed.

Add in the " unarmed teen who has just assaulted you breaking your nose and now on top of you telling you you die tonight as they beat your head against a concrete sidewalk" and tell us what kind of fool that is?

Citizens with gun permits do all the time, signing up for NW does not somehow take that right away from you. He had every right to have his firearm with him that night and lucky he did else he could at best be in a coma at worst dead.

And of course he did nothing of the sort.

His actions as demonstrated in court were perfectly reasonsable.

It was Trayvon who should have been doing the waiting.

Now when are you going to own up, after telling the rest of us we didn't know what we were talking about when it came to the law, and accept my challenge to you?

You once again claim this was a stalking, post the FL for stalking and explain how Zimmerman violated in and then the FL for assault and explain you claim that he violated it, you who claim to have so much more knowledge about it than the rest of us here,

 

Lets wait and see what the results are re: George's defamation suit. George remarks on the 911 call that night could be construed as racist.. or not... but what is certain is that they were George's words.

I don't remember ever claiming he was a saint, but he did have the right to walk to the store and back home without some coward with a gun going after him.

Good point, so looking at the two how is it that Trayvon was able to hold down this grown man, beat him MMA style and pound his head repeatedly on concrete when this man outweighed this teenager by damn near 50lbs.

Contrary to your imagination on steroids......I have never murdered a young black teenager......nor has anyone in my family done such an evil deed. Trayvon was on 'his way home'........unfortunately, as the evidence proved, he doubled back......confronted GZ and was on top of him beating him and smashing GZ's head into the concrete walk......sometimes the 'knockout game' is funny to the perps.......sometimes not so much. The black community needs to convey that message to their often fatherless sons who don't seem to get that message.......the game can become deadly.
