Anyhow, if you look through the lawsuit you'll see that the buildings he was accused of denying minorities was actually occupied by minorities. It was somewhere around 5% of the tenants that weren't white. And, if you go further and look at the demographics of where these buildings were located you'd see that the 5% minority occupancy wasn't out of the norm.

 

He never admitted guilt; there's a difference. There was nothing wrong with the references provided; on the contrary she was considered the perfect tenant-before they found out she was black, of course. You can't spin your way out of this, but you're welcome to try.
