And Bush v Gore did not review the results of the Electoral College, that had not even occurred. It was only about the state of Florida and tbe Florida supreme court itself interferring in tbe state election without the authority under that state constitution and an equal protection violation. Congress certified the Electoral College results end of story. They can impeach but that is the only constitutional avenue to remove a President. And the idea that if they did then Hillary would become President is even more absurd.

OH and there was nk FEDERAL election. They don't even get that right. There were 51 state and DC elections of the state electors. And those held only because each state legislature decided to choose their electors by a vote. There is no requirement they do it that way.

Its a shame you missed the saga too because it was hilarious.

It mostly played out over reddit and twitter and so many posts have been deleted and so many threads locked that all the fun is long over.

I remember sitting on reddit watching as the clans of political trolls squared off baiting each other, businesses as usual.

But then one day everybody really started to notice how there was just this flood of new users spending 12 hour days online posting things, reporting other posts, down-voting comments, and so on, and they were all pro-Hillary.

Think about what it is I'm telling you, to actually notice an surge of new people showing up like they were punching a clock doing nothing but promote good things/lies about their client, bad things/lies about their opponent, and to try and get any truths that make their side look bad locked banned hidden squashed or otherwise removed.

To actually be able to witness something like that, an obvious coordinated effort amidst a sea of nameless accounts ...that's something.

So far as I can tell the Russians hacked the DNC, a non-government entity (ie: PRIVATE entity) and the private emails of some democrats, if it was even the Russians. How can attacks on private entities be considered an attack on elections? Quite simply it cannot, but I suppose liberals just have to exhaust ever possible opportunity to prove their stupidity...

 

Many liberals believe if they can sufficiently repeat "the election was hacked", people who do not closely follow politics will believe the Russians manipulated the actual vote counts.

They do this for two reasons:
-To convince themselves they didn't really lose
-To undermine the legitimacy of the Trump administration

 

As far as I can tell only the most rabid foaming at the mouth progressives believe this, then or now, so what exactly is the point if they aren't going to actually convince potential voters to back their lunacy? The court cannot order a new election, if for no the reason that the court cannot order a state or Congress to create the laws necessary to allow it.
