    Loitering laws vary from state to state, but most are alike when there is no purchase in a restaurant.. Pretty much buy something and stay as long as you like, don't buy something, then you are subject to removal via loitering laws..

    no does it matter? i would of been in a war with the soviet union Russia on the germen border, in the 1980s but it never happen

    Just referring to point 3. It was not his choice to go there. He was a court advocate who was supervising a meeting between a mother and son. The son wanted to go there. He did not know the mother or son personally other than part of his job. So why should he buy something when on duty

    If I'm the owner I think this.......

    He doesn't look like a gangster.......but he looks like he could be a thug and that could scare away my customers and cost me money.

    So if he's not trying to intimidate people and cause a problem......why is he lurking there for half and hour without buying anything?

    I'd kick his butt out after five minutes......if he refuses, he gets charged with trespassing.

    No big deal.

    So this guy is kicked out of a joint which is owned by a Latino and now the Latino's businesses need to be handed over to him. Before the above quote was made Ragland said he and his family barely slept and then goes on to wish the Latino and his family a life of poverty and homelessness.

    How do the actions of a Latino guy equate to white supremacy?

    This Ragland guy obviously hates whites so badly that he includes Latinos in the mix.

    The guy is a liar, an actor and looking for a free ride because of HIS racism. Screw him and his pathetic racist drama.

    How did the business know that? If they had asked him why he was there and not buying something that would have been racist.

    Cruz said that his all-female staff is “very cautious” due to past incidents involving robberies and homeless people shooting drugs in the restroom, and requested that police tell Ragland to “move along.” He also stated that Ragland was alone in the store.

    All female staff, did you catch that? Are the concerns and safety of women important or not?
