    Are you saying that giving the employees the courtesy of explaining that he's waiting for someone is too much trouble, or are you saying he doesn't need to show such a courtesy because he's black? Your excuses for defending this guy is getting ridiculous

    And still, so what? That doesn't explain why the employees were concerned about a guy loitering for 30 minutes.

    You guys are all mind readers when it comes to racism and expect the staff to also be mind readers so they could know this guy's intent.

    It dosn't matter how long he was there or not. He was asked to leave. That is all you really need to know right there. The moment you're asked to leave, you have been tresspassed. 2) The business isn't under any special order from the court system to allow this meeting. All of this is just BS from the left, trying to turn to it in to something it isn't.

    The business dosn't have to go along with this meeting. Is there a court order saying that it must take place there? If not, its all mute it dosn't matter they want your-get or anything like that. And it dosn't matter if he was charged or not, people get chard and not chard all the time.

    Not only was he not charged, he received apologies from the store owner and police. That should tell you that they felt things should have been handled differently :wall:.

    He came in with the mother and son and sat at an adjacent table next to the mother and son. BTW I have not mentioned anyone at the yogurt store of being racist but have given facts. What I have seen though is the racism in this thread.

    Or maybe they didn't want to charge him for lack of evidence, or the williness to waste tax payer money on that, or maybe the owner didn't want to press charges, point is there are alot of reasons as to why he didn't get charged. You're sayign he didn't get charged so there go the cops were wrong, is a fallacy

    well yes and no their was some lack of commutations on the owner, but the cops seem to not be out of line, no apologies where in order

    It's also up to store owners and cashiers to behave in ways that make sense. They should have spoken to the guy and if they had he may have ordered.
