    Have you not heard of remote cctv? You can be on the other side of the world and watch your home cctv. And yes he did mention the color.

    This actually makes me think about something else. Had the mother and son ordered anything? Did they choose the meeting place? He was required to supervise their visit. What if he didn't have the money or didn't want yogurt, but he was required by the court to be there to supervise and they ordered?

    If he was required to be there to supervise, then it seems that he was not loitering and broke no law.

    How do you know Ramon Cruz has CCTV? And I just rescanned the story and can't find where color was mentioned, I even did a 'find on page' for the word black and the only one who mentioned it was the jackpot winner.

    That is up to the owner or their designated party. If they want me to leave and tell me to that I need to take off, I have to leave. Otherwise called its called trespassing.

    it doesn't say ?now if i was a cop i would talk to the manager about that reason, but he still doesnt have the right to loiter and the business isn't responsible for that meeting between them

    In what world do any patrons go up to staff to tell them what their intentions are! I have gone into cafes to meet friends and I could be there half an hour without ordering before any friends show up and not once did I consider telling the staff that I'm waiting for friends. The excuses are getting ridiculous

    The business isn't under any court order to allow it. Just because he has to be there, dosn't mean that he can't be trespassed.
