It will be interesting to see if Trump is sued in Civil Court for his involvement in the death of the police officer. I'm sure there have
been plenty of offers by lawyers to the family to submit the case.

I'm going to say that Trump is hit with at least three Civil lawsuits within 2 months of leaving office; almost assuredly from Dominion for over
a Billion in damages (they already served Trump's lawyer) and at least one from the riots, and most likely one from one of his banking partners
for misrepresenting the value of his properties when applying for a loan.

I'm going to say that Trump will be served multiple subpoenas, including one from the NY District Attorney's office, and one to appear before
Congress to explain his role in the MAGA Riot.

Let's just hope that ol' Joe is a more thoughtful speaker who can coherently organize and express himself.

Based on what we've seen and heard, I'm not especially hopeful. But, since Joe won't experience the extreme agitation of militant libs, the "news" media, and other Leftist propaganda organs hounding his ass, starting the minute his victory was announced, Biden probably have nothing but nice, soothing, lovely things to say....

The Nazis were stomped on, but unfortunately like the vermin they are, they did not become extinct and found homes wherever aggrieved white people full of hate congregate.

And yes, I am totally aware of how racial discriminated you american white people have been. I totally understand your desire for equality.

"reverse discrimination"? That you are completely unaware of the white privilege dripping from that white man's whine is not surprising.

That trench warfare wasn't amped up at all during the Trump Administration. Seems a real funny way of Making America Great Again. As for American retreat, your boy Donnie in his immense ignorance has contributed to her fall from the global moral high ground and has severely damaged American influence in global affairs. Fortunately his last ditch desperate effort to destroy American Democracy failed dismally, unfortunately creating an historic constitutional crisis.

I do like a good single malt and I won't refuse a fine burbon.

I have way more faith in America. Kicking Russia's arse isn't the challenge it would have been back in the day.

AS for China, totalitarian regimes increasingly lose their grip as the populace become richer. Restarting regional trade alliances to counter Chinese influence, repairing and strengthening global supply chains, match China's foreign aid strategy to counter regional influences and access to their resources. IOW returning to a long term national security strategy that brings all three levers of power projection together in concert.

But perhaps another wholly incompetent president will be elected which would create the future you see.

    Cheers

The mayor of DC turned down assistance. Nancy Pelosi is in charge of Capital Security, she turned down assistance. What is their responsibility?

I'm not following, he should have told them to go to the Capital and storm it and take it over and then they would not have done so?

    Here is what Trump actually said;

    Before-
"It is up to Congress to confront this egregious assault on our democracy. We're going to walk down to the Capitol…and we're going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women. And we're probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them. Because you'll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength, and you have to be strong.
We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who have been lawfully slated. I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard today."

    After it kicked off-
"I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order—respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!"

What many seem to have forgotten is that the BLM/Antifa riots also attacked and tried to burn down federal buildings. That narrative seems to have been conveniently left out by the Dems rhetoric. And that they helped funding to bail out rioters, even SNOPE's admits that they did. Did Biden Staffers Contribute to a Protester-Bailout Fund?

As with everything Trump has ever said, the media has twisted it all to their "advantage".
Something was going on, there's too many standard policies and protocols that were not even followed, or were purposely ignored.
Some people have already mentioned that the mayor of DC purposely cut down on police support for one.

No... President Trump was not responsible for what happened ....... but apparently some of the good guys in the NSA had infiltrated Antifa.....
so he would know that Antifa actors would attempt to lead the demonstration and
make Trump supporters look bad but......... the chance to get Pelosi's laptop..... as well as ten or more other laptops......

    ... made the negatives worthwhile.

It's illegal to shout "fire" in a crowded theater in which there is no fire, because when you do that, people are liable to stampede and get hurt. It's illegal even if you don't personally call on anyone to stampede.
