Really? You witnesses him unable to breath in the cop car with no one on him prior to being put back on the ground? You witnessed him taking lethal doses of not just Meth, but also Fentanyl?

Her shooting has nothing to do with Trump and even if it had anything to do with Trump it has NOTHING to do with why we the public don't have access to that homicide investigation report.

 

Any other police shooting and they would be demanding ALL the evidence be released and the full investigation report and I'd be right there with them. But since this young unarmed female veteran was a Trump supporter gun her down and let's cover it up.

 

Why don't you file a FOIA request for it? Or, ask her parents for a copy. I believe they are suing the Capitol Police. Officially, I believe the case was reviewed and the Police (and possibly the DoJ) decided it was a justified shoot. The police were trying to stop the rioters from entering the Speaker's Lobby, which would have led to the House chamber. She was first through the window the rioters had smashed. Tragic situation, but Trump should have intervened immediately upon the building break-in and must take primary responsibility...as both McConnell and McCarthy said the following day.

You believe? Why do you know? What was their justification for the use of lethal force? Why did the officer on the OTHER SIDE of the door shoot but not the officers on HER SIDE of the door? What did the witnesses say? OH that's right you haven't seen the report or read the witness statements.

And why do you keep bringing up Trump as a justification for the shot being fired. Please explain.

 

It's a big country with around 325 million people. In general I trust our system to do the right thing and reach the right decisions. She was part of a mob, many of whom thought they were doing what the President wanted them to do. Had he told them otherwise, she'd probably be alive today. The uniformed officers outside the door (i.e. the same side she was on), moved out of the way to allow for additional police to move into position to guard the door. Inside, plainclothes officers had blocked the door with furniture and were guarding the Speaker's Lobby, which opened onto the House chamber. There were still congressional members and staff in the chamber and the gallery, sheltering in place. As the uniformed police moved to allow other in, the mob surged forward, broke the windows in the door and on the right side. She climbed through the window and was shot.

If Trump had immediately demanded that his supporters leave the Capitol, as soon as he was informed, they would probably have left and she wouldn't have been shot and killed. I hold him responsible for her death.

 

WHO gave the order to use lethal force? Why did the officers on HER SIDE of the door determine lethal for was not necessary? YES there were Capital Police and SWAT there, which ones testified the CP were moving away from the door to allow other officers to protect the door? Why wasn't a TASER used instead? Why didn't they physically restrain her? Did any of the officers giver the order "stop or we will shoot?"

WHERE IS THE INVESTIGATION REPORT...........................this was a HOMICIDE.

 

Why don't you go to the Capitol Building and demand answers? Break a window or two...knock down a door. I'm sure you'll frighten them into helping you with answers. Either that, or you'll learn more about the arrest process.
