No , human fetuses are human based on the fact that they are inside a human.

There's nothing in the Constitution that says that.

Everything does NOT have to be included in the Constitution

Fetuses have NO rights...and it doesn't matter if YOU think they do or not ….it doesn't matter if YOU think they are citizens or not.

Are anchor babies citizens BEFORE birth?????

That's irrelevant, because anchor babies - if they even should have citizenship (something that's questionable, and another separate topic) - get their citizenship from the Fourteenth Amendment. That's not necessarily the case for other citizens.

(The Fourteenth Amendment didn't establish which group of people were citizens; it just added a group of people to the pool, clarifying that they were citizens)

    Personhood is different than citizenship.

NO, anchor babies are not different, one has to be born to be a citizen...

Why does one have to be born to be a citizen, and why do anchor babies have anything to do with this?

I've already explained to you that the Fourteenth Amendment (if it even does apply) would only apply to anchor babies here.
(Everyone else were still citizens, regardless, even before the Fourteenth Amendment)

Will they now attack her and her family when they're out for dinner? And would anyone be surprised if they did?

I think you are confused. It wasn't the left that brainwashed this poor girl. It was the religious right.

In the old days, respectable females often wouldn't open their legs until the man had married them.

If the woman wants a guarantee from the man, she better have him sign a contract in front of a notary public.

However these days, they'll often do a dna test on the baby and make the man pay child support.

They're not being serious about it. If Roe v Wade was overturned, Alabama would amend the bill.

Yes I disagree that abortion in ALL contexts is okay just because there is no greater reason for an abortion than having been raped or if the womans life is endangered by the pregnancy.

It makes perfect sense. These cases of rape or when the woman's life is at risk, are not the only circumstances that pro-choicers think abortion is okay in, even though they often use it as an argument for abortion.

Guess this girl learned that echo chamber internet arguments that get lots of likes aren't guaranteed to stand up under an actual light of scrutiny. This argument has always been asinine and is used solely to attach abortion to something that is far more universally reviled. Rational people aren't fooled but if you've got an emotional dog in this race or you've become addicted to the self-cheering and back-patting that comes with calling oneself pro-life, it probably feels as soothing as a silky smooth vanilla milkshake.

It might be pointed out that Liberals are trying to control this girl's body by forcing her to shut up. Free Speech should be for everyone, for years Liberals on college campuses have been denying
it to anyone they disagree with by shouting down conservative speakers. Now they intend to spread their intolerance to all other venues. Remember, popular speech does not require protection.
As long as a speaker is being serious and respectful, they should have their say. You can't win in the 'Marketplace of ideas' if you don't allow the other side to express theirs.

So you think that its perfectly okay to call the pro-life position "slavery?" Aren't you minimising the seriousness of slavery, just like this girl did?

Why should they also be against using kids to promote gun control? Because this would mean that they wouldn't have a double standard!
