    All the outrage involves two fallacies of equality.

    16yo girls <> 17 yo boys

    No matter what the left insists, this is true.

    In LA, 16yo white girls <> 17 black boys ... by a mile ... in spades ... whatever.

    It's not rocket science. Standards of behavior are asymmetrical.

    I blame all two, three or four parents. I'm betting three.

    For what it's worth, the girl was also charged with sexting. But since she's under the age of 17

    The white girl was also arrested and in fact arrested before the young man. Race has nothing to do with it.

    Well here's the thing: he was done an injustice. The law has not adapted to the age of video on every cellphone. "Child Pornography" suddenly becomes something those two meant just for themselves, so now they will both most likely be on a sex predator list for a life time.

    This may surprise you, but there are injustices outside of race. I know, it may sound crazy, but at least think about it.

    So she's 16 and will be charged with a misdemeanor, and he is a year older and will be charged with a felony even though she initiated the sexting...
