Actually, conservatives are polled more often, being older white voters who are still holding onto landlines... But, that said, unless you have something to show your assertions are true, I'm willing to look at it.
    In the meantime...

Women are turning more away from the GOP, including mothers. They see that the GOP is harming the economy, telling them that they cannot have control over their own bodies, and reducing the education of their children by cutting funding to schools. So, the majority is growing in being against the GOP.

OK so it's looking good for Ted Cruz, the Mr. Haney ticket, and maybe Marco Rubio, except that Republicans can't stand Rubio's position on Immigration, and they are afraid if he did get elected, it would just encourage more to come......

I think this sort of indictment is politically motivated, since that seems to be a common tactic in Texas. Remember Tom DeLay? His trial was so political that his conviction was overturned by the appeals court. But it didn't matter, it took him out of play, and that's what the Democrats are trying to do with Perry. And it will be successful. The process is the punishment. Even if Perry is perfectly innocent, this could drag out for years, long past the electoral season.

Frankly, I think the Democrats are doing the Republicans a favor. It takes Perry out of contention, and based on his debate performances in 2012, he's a dummy.

As if the internal rancour within the rank ranks of the GOP were not enough, with Turdblossom's privileged Establishmentistas touting their elitist/corporatist agenda and military adventurism, the TP wacko birds their disastrous "Brownback Red State Model", now the Grand Old Potty's theocratic thumpers are fit to be tie dyed as well. When the roll is called up yonder, will they be there?

Pandering to the increasingly disparate factions has cat ranchers opining, "It's like herding Republicans!"

What "Americans" are you talking about that would not appreciate the Tea Party's protection of our Constitution?

My version of the truth comes from experience and common sense, both of which you appear to be lacking.

Is this one of those "We Right Wing, Lunatic, TeaBaggeds felt we had to destroy it, to save it" kind of thought processes? The TeaBaggeds like you seem to view the Constitution as something to destroy, as well as the US.

Like, when you vote for the guys who want to take your Social Security and Medicare away from you, Big S?

I speak it and your run from it.

I don't have meds. But you do, because liberals created Medicare.

My main point was "You and the truth are far apart!" Running from untruths is your specialty.

You still can't put together anything more than empty words.

Tell us why you vote for guys who want to take away your Medicare, when it has kept you alive.

I opine that the GOP will nominate a governor as their candidate. Hopefully that will be Mr. Perry of Texas.

As for the Democrat Party, if they were smart they would nominate Mr. Cuomo of New York.

Now that would be a race worthy of the USA. Two serious, successful adults with governing experience.

You have been drinking the democrat Kool-Aid too much! Their false talking points is your mantra!

The Republicans do not want to take away Medicare, but may want to cut waste and fraud that your ilk allows.

Have fun with your continued voting for the Marxists tax and spenders!

The right likes to complain about Tax and Spend instead of Spend and Finance.

As usual, I was correct! Surely you don't expect me to accept a liberal rag's opinion? I can find an article that supports me also, so basically nothing would be proved. It gets down to experience, common sense, and honesty. Therefore, I trump you IMHO!

It's the CBO's opinion that counts. You can attack the TPM if you want but they didn't make this up. Attacking the source is just a logical fallacy to resort to when you have nothing else

"Figures don't lie, but liars figure!" The CBO in it's total context is not saying that. I'm sure the Republicans can verify private cost savings. The less governmental control, the more savings for the citizen. People like you also believe Obamacare will save citizens money!

You lose in the real world.
Unless in your experience medical insurance goes down in cost over time as you get older......

Thanks for being concerned about me, but I have Medicare, Secondary insurance, plus VA insurance. I can afford what I have, then some, but I don't see anything but minimal increases unless Obama causes it.

Personally, I believe that Hillary will opt to not run. She's going to cite age and health as her reasons. She's going to be the kingmaker rather than the king. Hillary would be the same age as Ronald Reagan when taking the oath of office, 69-years-old. Yes, the Republicans nominated John McCain, but we know the GOP is a party of old white men. The Democrat Party is trying to appeal to younger and hipper voter.

I believe that there is going to be a pretty big mess on the Democrat side of spectrum. I believe that there are many contenders for the nomination. I think Andrew Cuomo, Martin O'Mally and Brian Schweitzer are top of the list. All three have been or are governors. (NY, MD and MT respectively). If John Hickenlooper (Gov of CO) throws his hat into the ring, he'll pick off some of the Libertarian crowd. Especially since he is the governor of the first state to legalize recreational marijuana use.

There is a good chance that the Democrats lose the Senate in 2014 but they will retake it in 2016.

So you don't understand how insurance works, no wonder you don't like ObamaCare....
Paul Ryan would give you a voucher, that is a fixed amount, and you'd have to find private insurance, and as insurance rates went up over time, your voucher wouldn't.... you do understand that's what he's proposing....and the big savings come as people can't afford insurance, so they don't use their voucher...

I think you're right, there is just too much time between now and 2016 for things to happen to reduce Hillary's chances, and her desire for the office.
A good Democratic ticket will include an Hispanic candidate to energize that demographic, with an energized Hispanic vote, the Democrats could really do well in 2016.

I also think that the next Democrat ticket will not be a first term Senator. I believe that the Democrats have learned that they need leadership at the top of the ticket. They are going to lean toward someone who has been a Governor or possibly a lawmaker with many terms. But my money is on a current or former governor.

You mean he would change it to operate exactly how the Medicare Prescription Drug plan operates.

You didn't understand my post, or you are just a biased, talking points democrat! Dims cannot discern the truth and have to regurgitate the dim talking points, which are based on lies and half-truths.
