Funny part is. Even the state police cannot accurately define the new laws in Ct. They were written by lawmakers with no understanding of firearms. The water is pretty muddy here now. Everyone's in a holding pattern on many questions of legality. The police refuse to "interpret" questions of law. The legislators are running for cover wishing all these pesky questions would go away.
We are governed by incompetent morons. And before you say it, yes we deserve them.
