    And as I noted in another thread there is a move in the CA legislature to get rid or enhanced sentences for the use of a gun in a crime because it's racist.

    ....and there we have it folks. No need to cry about a dead 6 year old, its just natural selection taking out the subhumans....oops, I meant the sub-standard humans. Clearly the kid was asking for it.

    One of the upsides of Trump is that GOPers no longer feel they have to pretend to care about anyone but themselves. They just parade their contempt for everyone else proudly.

    He controlled all three branches so what was his excuse was Obama also launching a war on marijuana as well? He had all the live long day to get it done and he didn't so it must not be only the Republicans who are quote unquote launching the war on marijuana

    didn't have the votes, Congress writes the bills, the President signs them

    Trump had a chance as the House passed a bill, but he did not even try to get congress to pass it - would have been historic

    Why would he not have the votes when he controlled all three branches of government at one time that'd be the million dollar question right and Trump actually got hemp decriminalized taking off the controlled substances list
