Careful there, Jojo - you are contradicting yourself again.

    First you said:
    Then you said:

Are you not aware that Fe is Iron? Or are you just so busy trying to spin that you forget your own posts?
Can't have it be both Iron and not Fe.

    Basic chemistry says so.

ok so we established that you have no clue how much energy and you have no clue if light would be involved yet you want to claim chemistry says so, or science whatever word you used.

what kind of (*)(*)(*)(*) are you trying to dish out here

    promoting a lie as usual

    Typo? LOL

"He had Iron" was a typo?

No, you didn't know that steel was mostly iron until someone explained it to you. Now you are trying to spin your way out of your embarrassment, but you are only digging yourself deeper.

You say it wasn't iron in the test tube? Prove it.

If that much steel (a large part of the core, according to your OP) was instantly 'turned to dust' - there would a huge amount of energy released. Fangbeer has clearly explained this beginning with this post.
That amount of energy would be accompanied by light and heat. That's how iron reacts when exposed to oxygen.

    Chemistry.

his explanation was certainly clear and a lie, there was no Fe in that tube

I think everything Koko posts is a typo.

The willful ignorance on display has been stunning.

The structure of the WTC was made of steel. When steel is finely divided in the atmosphere it ignites at room temperature. The video shows no signs of this ignition so we can be sure no steel was finely divided and exposed to oxygen.

You're welcome to try and refute the above, but so far your attempts have been about as successful as Michael Jordan's baseball career.

so much for your chemistry abilities!

If you do not understand what it is then you do not understand chemistry and therefore you have zippo nada qualifications to even speak to the matter.

no wonder you continue to promote utter bull(*)(*)(*)(*) and lies.

Apparently you have trouble reading. You keep asking the same question, and I keep answering it.

The test tube in the video I posted contained Fe and CO2 prior to pouring it out. The CO2 protects the Fe in the tube from oxygen because it is heavier, and remains in the tube. When the tube is tipped, the Fe comes into contact with the oxygen in the atmosphere and it ignites.

The iron and carbon dioxide comes from decomposed iron oxalate (FeC2O4)

    The equation is: FeC2O4 = Fe + 2CO2

In this video, he lets the Fe in the tube cool prior to pouring it out.

ah now you are telling the truth.

and just how do you think the steel from wtc became saturated with CO2?

    Did they like fumigate it?

and what does that make? That Fe and CO2?

tell everyone without the use of the formula since there is after all a name for it.

and no I did not bother to watch your bull(*)(*)(*)(*) video. LOL your ship is already sunk

So now you are back to 'there was Fe in the tube'? You have now contradicted your own contradiction!

    Gettin' funnier.

    Make a stand, Jojo.

You said there was iron in the tube.
Then you said there wasn't. (typo? LoL)
Now you are back to 'there was iron in the tube'.

Does it make you dizzy, spinning so fast?

By the way, you have yet to explain your own premise.

What? Who said anything about steel being saturated with CO2? CO2 is not necessary for iron to react with oxygen. The CO2 is not a catalyst. To the contrary, the CO2 inhibits the reaction. The oxygen necessary for the reaction comes from the AIR. Are you suggesting that the WTC wasn't surrounded with AIR?

you didnt which is precisely what I have been trying to get you to say all along because it is necesary for the reaction.

you want ot come out here and pretend that iron reacts that fast with oxygen and I proved that it does not with the the video I posted, it simply becomes rusted iron and little to no heat is generated.

thanks for finally admitting that you lied and thanks for stating what I could not get you to state.

Welllllllllllllllllllllll unless you can show us your insanity that pure Fe hitting oxygen at room temperature will burst into flames.

I will have died of old age first LOL

So what next going to compound your lies.... I'm your huckleberry.

CO2 is not necessary for Fe to oxidize. The CO2 in the tube inhibits the reaction.

Are you really going to keep arguing with me on this? Because I'll let you in on a secret. You're not winning.

What you're doing is the opposite of winning.

I will tell you a secret

YOU ARE FLAT BUSTED IN A BOLD FACE LIE RIGHT ALONG WITH YOUR CHEERLEADER.

I proved you lied and then you proved that you lied no less. How dumb do you think people are.

You did say it was. The trouble is that you don't know what you're talking about. Oxidation is ignition which is combustion. CO2 is not required for Fe to be pyrophoric. All that is required is Fe and O. If the Fe from the WTC steel was exposed to the air the way you claim, it would have ignited just like the Fe poured from the test tube. It's the same. Exactly the same.

You're wrong. You've been wrong, and your flailing attempts to be right have been quite humorous.
