9th Circuit Ends California Ban on High-Capacity Magazines

Thank God for President Trump getting real Constitutionalists on the 9th Circuit. I know many really good people living as felons prior to the change.

I noticed all the gang members lining up to turn in their high cap mags!

 

Thank God! I purchased a lot of High Capacity 5.56 and 7.62 magazines before this California craziness spreads up here to Washington State.

 

I believe if you have pre-Ban PMAGS you're cool.

The statements by the leftist that wrote the article and Gov. Newsom are not only factually incorrect, but stupid. There is not a "spate of mass shootings nationwide" and especially not from AR-15's or high capacity magazines. Also, Gov. Newsome proves he knows **** about war or the military when he calls them "Weapons of War".

What an abuse of power by these judges that treat the 2nd Amendment like it doesn't matter. The SCOTUS has already sent warning shots that they will take this up in June and the 9th Circuit is going to take yet another beating.

People willing to go to prison will do a lot of things you won’t do. I’d urge you to have higher standards.

 

Since those willing to risk the penalty for committing murder will not be turning in their illegal firearms and accessories, nonviolent people like myself are the only ones affected by these laws.

BTW, do you know the difference between a 10 round magazine VS 30?

 

Nah I’m not into guns. Also don’t care about this law and concede it’s unlikely to save any lives.
