If you were threatening to have your friends come shoot me, I'd probably assume you were calling them and slap the phone out of your hand.

Your reaction should take into account whether the other person is a foot or more taller than you and has a gun in his pocket... assuming you're not high or strung out on coke.

 

Either they should both be charged with all the crimes they committed, or all the charges should be dropped.

For the record, and to correct some disinformation, she wasn't charged with anything until a week after he was charged with a felony.

If it was up to me, I'd sentence both of them to community service side by side.

 

It is very easy to drive the wrong way on one-way streets in downtown areas, especially at night if you are not familiar with the streets. I've done it myself a couple of times. Luckily there were no thug cops or crazy people in the area and I was able to quickly reverse without any problems.

The woman made an innocent mistake. There was no need for the idiot to get all bent out of shape over it. If he had to say anything at all he should have just told her to turn around quickly before some cop shows up and gives her a ticket.
