As for verifying it, we don't have an audio recording of what they said to each other, but we do have statements they made to police:

If no other evidence discredits this, they will have a difficult time proving beyond a reasonable doubt that he assaulted her and wasn't acting in self defense. He could still do time for carrying and brandishing the weapon without a permit.

And yes, size matters, as the video illustrated.

There are many on here who claim that size doesn't matter, that a 160lb teenager can easily beat a 205lb 28yr old man.

 

The woman should be charged with some sort of moving violation or something. I'm not a cop.

She should never be allowed to carry mace or another weapon again.

She should have her driver's license taken from her or suspended until she learns how to drive.

She should be fined for assaulting the man.

She should be entered into a mandatory mental health eval and anger management classes.

She should be sued for damages to his vehicle and maybe prosecuted for some law being broken. I am not an attorney or cop.

I can't see anything either one did correctly. Reporting her to the police would have been the best thing to do. I know he was trying to get evidence but, he could have simply stopped her and told her she was driving the wrong way. This society is filled with hate.

Absolutely. Doesn't matter if it's woman, man, young, old, or even a person in a wheelchair. If someone is literally threatening your life, you have a right to deter them from following through on that threat.

I think the other poster was asking whether she damaged his automobile before or after the events in the video. By most accounts it appears to be after, except for one account put out by Lee's lawyer which falsely claimed she was knocked unconscious.

 

I was going by the OP.
After reading an earlier article, including a photo of her swollen face from the beating he gave in response to a slap, I see she was charged after he claimed the window cost $3000 to replace and that's how it got bumped up to felony charge. $2500 is the cutoff between misdemeanor and felony. $3000? Damn, glass shops are expensive there .
