    Wrong on both counts.
    1) Comey made it very clear there was plenty found, he just decided not prosecute.
    2) Settling a class action civil suit isn't proof of guilt or an admission of guilt. You need to brush up on the case & the law.

Yes and the standard set by the Democrats is that perjury and obstruction of justice do not warrant removal from office. Of course we aren't hearing much from the accusers are we except for the rape claim which for the second time was withdrawn and the accuser has disappeared.

Sorry Clinton emails = EXTREME CARELESSNESS handling our nation's top classified information, refusing to follow a presidential directive, destruction of government documents, transferring classified information to persons without proper classification, storing classified information in unsecured locations, perjury before the Congress and of course no Presidential title for her.

You think correctly, the left here lets their emotions overrule their intellect.

In an oft quoted example, the NY Yankees outscored the Pittsburgh Pirates 45 - 27 in the 1960 world series. And yet, the Pirates were declared the winner under the rules that determined the winner of the most games in a 7 game series was the winner. How about it, did the Yankees have a claim on the title like you apparently believe Hillary does in this election? Besides, had the rules been different, the campaign would have been conducted differently and Trump still would have won. The founders wisely determined that the electoral college was a solution to an issue like we would have had to address today that the libbies, wierdos and perverts who are most numerous on the coasts would have tried to impose their values on the people of, say, Nebraska or Wyoming or Indiana if popular vote was the determinant.

I experienced living under this kind of System when I was in Maryland. 23 out of 26 counties voted for the conservative Republican for Governor, but PG, Montgomery and Baltimore Counties with more popular votes imposed a leftist Democrat in the office. His policies had absolutely nothing in common with those people who lived in the Eastern Shore, Southern Maryland and the Cumberland mountain regions and were widely detested. Yet those people had no voice in the outcome.

Given George's obvious conflicts of interest, documented collusion, how does this guy still rate having an anchor slot on a network?

And his three affairs? I seem to recall a certain president a few years ago who was playing around with interns in the White House and it turned out to be an impeachable offense. This guy isn't even in the White House and he's already been confirmed to having three. What makes Trump's infidelity different? I understand, the question will go without an answer because the Right has no answer.

    - - - Updated - - -

Maybe it has something to do with him not getting involved with infidelity like Trump?

Cite the article of impeachment that said because he had an affair.

You don't understand what perjury and obstruction of justice in a federal court in a federal civil rights lawsuit is?

Was it with a subordinate federal employee on the job in a federal office and involving offering special favors and rewards for the granting of sexual favors?

It wouldn't matter if Clinton was having sex with a woman off the street. Congress would have impeached. No one has to cite any article. It's common knowledge he had an open affair without hiding it. He is as bad and worse than Bill Clinton. Trump will have to face rape charges for a 13 year old girl as well. Are you saying that is not impeachable? Of course it isn't. The Right lives by a different standard.

You mean illegal prostitution probably a setup by a foreign government making him blackmailable? No even then they probably would not have.

You claimed he was impeached for having sex with Lewinsky, prove it, which article of impeachment was that.

Did he sexually harass and assault a subordinate government employee and then commit perjury, subornation of perjury, obstruction of justice and witness tampering in a federal court when the victim sued him?

No he won't. The accuser failed to even show up twice for her announced press conference and has withdrawn the lawsuit after never presenting a scintilla of evidence to support it.

Clinton committed a series of FELONIES in a federal court and a federal grand jury and he was impeached and should have been removed from office. But even before it got that far the Democrat leadership should have forced him to resign.

He was impeached by public opinion. I never said anything about a court of law. Everyone knows, including Democrats Clinton should have been formally impeached.

That's totally irrelevant. The man had affairs. Enough said! He should never set foot in the white house. You can bet, if Trump was a Democrat walking into a Republican controlled congress, he'd never make it up the first step without being impeached.

Don't count your chickens just yet boss. She is receiving death threats. Things can change over night.

And? That still doesn't mean he shouldn't have left office. Are you suggesting that what the monkey sees the monkey should do too? If so, you're on the same corrupt team as the rest and principles have no meaning for you. No surprises there!

He was FORMALLY impeached by the House of Representives for committing multiple felonies in a federal court and a federal grand jury and he should have been removed from office by the Senate.

It's totally relevant because that is how he ended up in that federal court, he sexually harassed and assault a subordinate employee it wasn't just an affair.

    Impeached for what?

You ain't got no chickens to hatch, she failed to show up for her much anticipated press conference twice and withdrew her lawsuit and has never presented any evidence to support it. She has since disappeared. And she presented no evidence of death threats.

Seems to me I'm the only here with any principles or knowledge of the facts. Had Clinton merely had an affair and divorced Hillary because he fell in love with someone else there would have been no issue. But that is NOT what happened then or through his life.

A foreigner who has no concept of what is the 1st Amendment citing a foreign writer who has no idea of what is the 1st Amendment. A President has no legal or constitutional to talk to the press and the 1st Amendment says nothing about it.

And BTW Clinton went for over a year without holding a formal press conference.

In American law, they settle with no admission of wrong doing.

I know since I got sued around 1989. Seems I as a Director of the real estate board, was told in confidence of the wrongs done by a then city councilman. Said councilman gave a vote to approve a developers project, when the developer in a quid pro quo operation took what amounts to bribes. It included payments to an architect to do the work on the councilman's home he wanted built new. Materials and labor to erect the home. More than that, payments to the city for his building permits.

It had corruption written all over it.

It was the contractor that should have been sued, not myself. Still I was covered by the Board of Realtors protection policy. Stil I had to fight the entire board since some of them liked the city councilman a lot.

My informant had held a party for the guy 2 years prior as well where he introduced me to the City councilman.

Anyway, after my hiring top rated lawyers, paid by the board insurance policy, and enduring depositions on the case, the developer had to face facts, so dropped the case. I went after my own real estate board who gave me rough treatment and they wrote up an apology with one trick. That trick was I could never get a copy nor make use of it. I read it in San Francisco at the lawyer that worked for the insurance company. I spent no money and my lawyer told me I might as well drop it since I wanted to counter-sue the developer.

Many times those with lots of money simply pay to get it over with. It is cheaper than winning a trial verdict in their favor.

Over other issues, the city councilman was recalled from his office by public vote.

    Agreed!

I'm talking about Trump, not Clinton. Trump should never step foot in this office because of those affairs. The Right operates with a different standard according to its conveniences. That too is common knowledge.

For having multiple affairs, getting caught with a racketeering charge for stealing money from innocent people because of a bogus university he invented, and admitting to being a tax cheat. These are all examples of someone not fit for the highest office. And the Right should be ashamed and embarrassed to suggest he is. The man is a criminal and a sexual predator while advocating the bombing of innocent civilians in a part of the world we have no business being in. He is everything you do not want to have for a president. Totally disgusting human!

Death threats are not usually plastered for everyone to see. I believe her and so do you. With Trump's history, it's a no brainer what happened to her.

You still aren't addressing your own dirty laundry with Trump. Is this a monkey see monkey do administration or not? So far, the evidence is saying yes. Trump should never step in the white house for what he has done and what he is suggesting to do. These are all criminal and unconstitutional offenses.

An affair or fling? Do you know? Of course not! You paint the relationship how you want to see it. That's how it becomes an issue for you.
    I wouldn't know. I'm not Bill Clinton.

Clinton was impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice while in office - felony offenses.
How does this apply to Trump?

You are comparing the two so where are the felonies?

I have never presented him as the epitiome of virtue.

    Where are the felonies?

If one jis going to claim them while accusing someone of reprehensible acts against them they they better be ready to provide the evidence and support the claim.

What reason has she given you to believe her. What is the evidence she presented and where are the charges?

I have no dirty laundry I was never a Trump supporter.

So you are here comparing and contrasting the while admitttjng your ignorance. How rich.

Tax evasion and stealing millions from innocent individuals by premeditating a scam to steal money, is not a jail able offense to you? Boss, they put people in jail for years just for using drugs. Anyone with half a brain knows that what Trump did is jail able all day long. Because he's rich is the only reason he has not been jailed already. The man is a criminal schooled by the Mafia to steal from others. Are you that naive as to not see that?

I know of no felonies by Clinton, so there is nothing to compare on that level. As to Trump, federal or criminal, however you want to label his crimes, they are crimes none the less, and he should be in jail. Any fool knows that. Trying to dress Trump up in a different light is a futile attempt on your part. He's a criminal, and he has proved it.

That too is irrelevant. I just deal with his criminal actions and go from there.

The evidence of tax evasion is his own, and the fines for racketeering are already in the works to be paid, if they haven't already. A jail able offense in any stooges mind.

Forty years of trying to bury this woman and no one has found criminal activity yet. The math supports her and the conspiracy to frame her by others. You yourself on this forum have made a life's work in trying to condemn her, and you out of all of them have failed the most. And miserably I might add. None of your personal charges have ever seen the light of day. Congratulations on accomplishing nothing.

Then you should educate yourself on the law and the events. He submitted a false affidavit into a federal court, that is prima facie evidence of perjury and obstruction of justice, felonies. The judge in that proceeding held him in contempt for it and fined him $90,000 and made a referral to the Arkansas Bar to have his law license revoked. He plea baragined the criminal charge with IC Ray agreeing not to fight the referral which the bar settled on a 5 years suspension.

I was agreeing with you to some extent.

No it is not and the IRS has never charged him nor has he ever had to settle a tax evasion case.

No evidence of any forty years and no evidence of any crime, the woman has never stood to press charges, had never filed the charges and the two times she threatened to sue she ran. And so now having lost all other avenues try to say I condemn her when I merely point out she ducked the two highly anticipated press conference and once again withdrew her charges. Really lame.
