"Roe v Wade" was defective law, and even the Queen of SCOTUS liberals, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, thought so, because as written it was focused on privacy. The whole thing was just kind of slopped together, and it's amazing that it held together as well as it did. Anyway, now that Alito and the rest of the SCOTUS conservatives have thrown "Roe" out, Democrats will be using it to beat Conservatives up from now until hell freezes over. If the creation and adoption of Roe v Wade was bad law and badly handled, the removal of it by Idiot Alito and the SCOTUS cons was handled even much worse. The right-wing SCOTUS morons did it during an important election year, too!
