I agree...things are what they are and it's not rocket science to understand what each individual needs to do and this is different for each person. There are only two choices in life; either be proactive or be reactive. Those who frequently evaluate what's going on in their lives, making adjustments, being proactive, are going to fare much better than those who are reactive, waiting for others to solve their problems. And this self-evaluation and making adjustments in life pertains to all people no matter their ages...get used to it because it is required until the day we die! It's called problem solving! Got a personal problem then figure out how to solve it...
