Well when I Googled 'zygote homo sapien' I just found people debating similarly here about it, except they said it has become more of a philosophical argument than a biological one since no one can seem to agree or come to a conclusion as to whether or not a zygote should be classified as a 'homo sapien'.

A zygote is a developmental stage. The later stages of development of the organism are considered homo sapiens, so if you want to claim this stage is not the onus is on you to explain why (in an intelligent and well reasoned manner).

 

A zygote may develop into a homo sapiens, but until it does so it cannot be one.

 

It is not a stage it is something and you can not prove that it is a human being.

 

There is no rational explanation to back that up.
