If I took off work every time I had a sniffle, especially during allergy season or cold weather I would not be at work, but that obviously is not your situation. Covid effects everyone differently... so please explain "STAY THE FRACK HOME IF YOU GET SICK"

I'm not blaming the unvaccinated for the spread, I wasn't even talking about the spread, the spread is utterly unimportant. It seems evident now that COVID is going to infect everyone and probably sooner rather than later, The vaccine saves us here, as it keeps the disease from becoming life -threatening and requiring hospitalization. What I'm blaming the unvaccinated for is they are overwhelming the hospitals with their virulent sicknesses that could have been headed off if they got vaccinated.

 

Maybe if you left people alone no one would be calling you a Nazi.

I don't know anything about testing and I care even less. I don't understand what the big fuss is there. If you're vaccinated you've got about the best protection there is right now so get vaccinated and stop worrying. I think the testing is so the government will know about where the disease is and what it's doing and I guess that's a good thing but not that much of a concern to me right now.

 

And if you weren't using a scarce IC unit I or one of my loved ones might need to save their life for something you could have headed off with a simple jab in your arm I wouldn't be calling you an immoral hypocrite. Besides that criticism how am I "bothering" you? I'm not saying you should be denied treatment, I'm just saying you should have the courage of your convictions, stay home if you get sick and don't use up scarce resources others may need. You should always do that. I was a teacher for several years and the school nurse was always telling us that the Perfect Attendance rewards were going to kill us all one day in Flu Season. Even if you're a worker and I need you on the job I'd rather you missed a few days than come in and infect the whole crew.

And the "actual science" is that the hospitals are NOT being overwhelmed by people sick with COVID who are unvaccinated? That is what I am discussing, the overwhelming of the hospitals. Not the spread of the disease, nor the fact that the vaccine doesn't give you some sort of force field that keeps the microbe from infecting you.

I am discussing the fact that the hospitals are full to bursting with people who have COVID and 90% or more of them are unvaccinated. That is not hysteria, that is fact.

The vast majority are obese and have illnesses resulting from their unwillingness to pull the fork out of their mouth and get some exercise. Those consuming the Standard American Diet (SAD) might as well consume this pharma product.

 

Correct. Omicron is causing a rush on hospitals, not because they require hospitalization but because of the added contagion and hysteria. Hospitals should test them and send them home. There may be legal reasons that they actually treat them.

In re the bolded, please back this up and do so in a way that explains how so many of these not really sick individuals are dropping dead. It strains credulity to think that most hospitals are literally killing their staffs through overwork for "legal reasons"
